“DO NOT stay here if you are traveling to Cozumel for a Vacay!! The water in the shower does not get hot. DO NOT use the ATM machine. It took my money and a couple other guests money. I went and told the workers at the front desk and they did nothing. If they know that the ATM isn’t giving people their money back, they could at least put a sign up to warn guest not to use but they didn’t. Sound like a scam to me. DO NOT STAY HERE.”

“Great food at all the restaurants. Room service the one time we had it was just ok, food was flavorless and cold. Staff are very friendly. Had fun playing volley ball with staff entertainment person Charlie. Met some great people we played with daily. Most of the night shows were very good. Nice snorkeling right off resort. There are 2 small man made beaches that do not touch the water.”
