A piscina não estava aberta no inverno e as crianças precisavam levar as crianças no frio do estacionamento até a propriedade irmã, o Residence Inn. Horrible stay had to wait almost two hours to access our room. The pool wasn't open in the winter had to walk the kids in the cold across the parking lot to their sister property, Residence Inn. Upon finally checking into the room, I noticed an item left from the previous guess. It made me wonder if they correctly cleaned other room parts, such as the bed and shower. I could not sleep at night; there's a new hospital less than a mile from the hotel, and all you hear are ambulances all night coming off the highway. I requested a late check out in the morning to accommodate the late check due to the room not being ready by the staff. The front desk attendant, who was friendly, kindly obliged. Upon laying back down, I get a knock on the door; it's the hotel manager with an attitude asking when we planned on leaving. Upon checking out, the manager acted as nothing had happened and asked how our stay was. We informed him of everything that went wrong; he offered to take $60 off our stay since other guests were waiting to speak with him; we said sure whatever and left. A week or so later, the final bill hits our account, with no discount as promised. We contacted Marriott, which directed us back to the hotel manager; we emailed the manager and got no response. If you're staying in this area, do yourself a favor and go to the stay bridge down the street; better staff, newer property and doesn't have a rude manager.

Get here and the place was super nice especially the concierge Norris. She was super helpful pointing to all the right spots and the most friendly attitude. A person like this makes a place great to stay

Não fiquei aqui, mas peguei minha melhor amiga enquanto ela e o marido passavam pela cidade. O lobby é muito bom. A área de alimentação está finalmente aberta. O salão é espaçoso e está bem equipado. Ela disse que os quartos são muito bons, é o local para eles quando estão na cidade.

I did not stay here but picked up my bestie while she and her husband came through town. The lobby is very nice. The eating area is finally open. The lounge is spacious and nicely appointed. She said the rooms are very nice, it's their go to spot when they're in town.

Hotel muito bonito, bonito, bem decorado e limpo. A equipe foi amigável, extrovertida e além de útil. A comida de bistrô precisava de um pouco de sal, mas ainda era ótimo. Não consegui aproveitar o hotel ou a área de D.C. Fiquei 4 dias no hotel devido à asma do meu filho. Ele ficou muito doente. (Chorei 😢) Eu tinha tantos planos. Ao todo, o hotel vale cada centavo. Eu recomendaria isso repetidamente.

Hotel muy bonito, bonito, bien decorado y limpio. El personal era amable, extrovertido y más que servicial. La comida del bistro necesitaba un poco de sal, pero aún así estaba genial. No pude disfrutar del hotel ni del área de D.C. Me quedé en el hotel 4 días debido al asma de mi hijo. Se puso muy enfermo. (Lloré 😢) Tenía tantos planes. En general, el hotel vale cada centavo. Lo recomendaría una y otra vez.

Very nice, beautiful, well decorated & clean hotel. Staff was friendly, outgoing and beyond helpful. The bistro food needed some salt but it was still great. I didn't get to enjoy the hotel or the D.C. area. I remained in the hotel for 4 days due to my son asthma. He became very ill. (I cried 😢) I had so many plans. All in all,, the hotel is worth every penny. I would recommend it over and over.
