“Everything about this place is below average at BEST. I would not suggest staying here unless you are prepared to be charged for anything they consider that you “stole”. I was in a “suite” that looked more like what I’d imagine a motel to have as a suite rather than a hotel. It is very outdated even though the staff claims renovations are coming but are stalled due to COVID. The suites cost over $200 for something that is tacky and lacking in quality. In my “suite” there were only two big towels, two wash cloths, and one hand towel. I even asked for extras as hotel towels are usually thin and small. I didn’t receive the extras but noticed an additional charge on my bank statement. I called back to speak to a worker about the charge and was told it was due to the “missing” towels. They weren’t missing, I only received less than the bare minimum. I was told that the GM would contact me but have yet to hear from them. Most of the staff seems to be pretty nice and accommodating except for the owner. She seems to be rather blunt and impatient when dealing with customers. Maybe she should leave that to her staff. If you are someone who chooses their hotels with the breakfast factored in then I’d suggest looking else where as their selection leaves much to be desired. They don’t seem to put out too much of anything, just enough as though they actually want you to eat anything. All in all I’d suggest going to the Marriott close by as the pricing isn’t too much higher. The only redeeming quality of this place is the midday front desk person, Tiffany. She’s kind, has a great smile, and always seems to be willing to try to improve your experience to the best of her ability.”

“Decent hotel, friendly staff, breakfast was basic but the stay was comfortable. Towels need changing as they were well worn and very scratchy. Good for a night stay”
