“Great customer service, great looking room and very clean. Only thing is the curtains don't shut completely for privacy at our window and the heat took long to warm the room up. The window not being able to close with the curtain made the room even harder to warm up because of the cold air outside coming in, which the bed was located right next to the window. Other than those things it was clean, quiet, respectful staff and very friendly and everything we needed was all already in the room. Although, hot breakfast would've been great.”

hospedado aqui para uma semana. E valeu totalmente a pena. Tim faça o check-in às 4 da manhã.. Devido a mal-entendidos, eles não tinham nossas reservas, mas Tim fez um ótimo trabalho. Ele nos colocou em um quarto limpo. TV grande, cama confortável, piscina aquecida com banheira de hidromassagem aberta até às 12h.. O café da manhã era diferente todos os dias e foi melhor do que o esperado. Todos os funcionários e gerentes foram muito atenciosos e profissionais. Em todos uma grande experiência. Eu recomendo este lugar. E diga ao Tim que os caminhoneiros te mandaram. GL

Stayed here for a week. And it was completely worth it. Tim check us in at 4 am.. Due to misunderstanding they did not have our reservations but Tim did a great job. He got us in a clean quite room. Big TV, comfy bed, heated pool with hot tub opened till 12am.. Breakfast was different everyday and it was better than expected. All the employees and managers were very accommodating and professional. In all a great experience. I highly recommend this place. And tell Tim, the truck drivers sent you. GL

Eu fiquei aqui várias vezes. O processo de check-in e check-out sempre foi rápido e fácil. A equipe aqui sempre foi muito simpática e saiu do seu caminho para me ajudar. Os quartos sempre foram grandes e limpos. O hotel está localizado à saída da auto-estrada. Assim, é um lugar great5 para ficar.

I've stayed here several times. The check in and check out process has always been quick and easy. The staff here has always been really friendly and gone out of their way to help me. The rooms have always been big and clean. The hotel is located directly off the highway. Thus is a grea5 place to stay.

Não posso dizer coisas boas o suficiente sobre este lugar! Estávamos atrasados e liguei para ter certeza de que eles não pensariam que não tínhamos comparecido em nossa reserva. O senhor que atendeu (acho que se chamava Tim) tomou nota, desejou-nos boas viagens e disse que nos veria em breve. Chegamos perto da 1h da manhã sem parar para jantar. Eles tinham refeições de microondas e refrigerantes disponíveis na recepção, que eram exatamente o que precisávamos naquele momento. Tim se certificou de que tínhamos utensílios e guardanapos, perguntou se realmente tínhamos um animal de estimação em nosso quarto que aceita animais de estimação e nos disse onde era o melhor local para levar nosso cachorro. O nosso quarto era limpo, bonito, silencioso e confortável, com travesseiros de plumas na cama e grande pressão da água no chuveiro. Nosso único arrependimento foi ter que sair às 6:00 da manhã (a única vez na minha vida em que fiz check-in e check-out pela mesma pessoa). Ele nos desejou viagens seguras e se certificou de que tomássemos café quente… estávamos muito cedo para o café da manhã. Com certeza voltaremos a nos hospedar e recomendo.

¡No puedo decir suficientes cosas buenas sobre este lugar! Llegábamos tarde y llamé para asegurarme de que no pensarían que no habíamos aparecido en nuestra reserva. El caballero que respondió (creo que se llamaba Tim) tomó nota, nos deseó un buen viaje y dijo que nos vería pronto. Llegamos cerca de la 1:00 am sin parar a cenar. Tenían comidas de microondas y refrescos disponibles en la recepción, que eran justo lo que necesitábamos en ese momento. Tim se aseguró de que tuviéramos utensilios y servilletas, preguntó si realmente teníamos una mascota en nuestra habitación apta para mascotas y nos dijo cuál era el mejor lugar para sacar a nuestro perro. Nuestra habitación estaba limpia, bonita, tranquila y cómoda, con almohadas de plumas en la cama y una gran presión de agua en la ducha. Lo único que lamentamos fue tener que irnos a las 6:00 a. m. (la única vez en mi vida que la misma persona me registró la entrada y la salida). Nos deseó un viaje seguro y se aseguró de que tuviéramos café caliente... Llegamos demasiado temprano para el desayuno. Sin duda nos alojaremos de nuevo y lo recomendamos encarecidamente.

Can’t say enough nice things about this place! We were running late and I called to be sure they wouldn’t think we were a no show on our reservation. The gentleman who answered (I believe his name was Tim) made note of it, wished us safe travels and said he’d see us soon. We arrived close to 1:00 a.m. without stopping for dinner. They had microwave meals and sodas available at the front desk, which were just what we needed at that moment. Tim made sure we had utensils and napkins, asked if we actually had a pet in our pet friendly room and told us where the best spot to take our dog out was. Our room was clean, pretty, quiet and comfy, with down pillows on the bed and great water pressure in the shower. Our only regret was having to leave at 6:00 a.m. (the one time in my life I was checked in and out by the same person). He wished us safe travels and made sure we had hot coffee…we were too early for breakfast. We will definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Ótimo atendimento, quarto lindo e muito limpo. A única coisa é que as cortinas não fecham completamente para privacidade em nossa janela e o calor demorou muito para aquecer o quarto. A janela não poder fechar com a cortina dificultava ainda mais o aquecimento do quarto por causa do ar frio do lado de fora que entrava, que a cama ficava bem ao lado da janela. Além dessas coisas, era limpo, silencioso, funcionários respeitosos e muito simpáticos e tudo o que precisávamos já estava no quarto. Embora, pequeno-almoço quente teria sido ótimo.

Excelente servicio al cliente, excelente habitación y muy limpia. Lo único es que las cortinas no se cierran completamente para tener privacidad en nuestra ventana y el calor tardó mucho en calentar la habitación. El hecho de que la ventana no pudiera cerrarse con la cortina hizo que la habitación fuera aún más difícil de calentar debido al aire frío que entraba, y la cama estaba ubicada justo al lado de la ventana. Aparte de esas cosas, estaba limpio, tranquilo, el personal respetuoso y muy amable y todo lo que necesitábamos ya estaba en la habitación. Aunque, el desayuno caliente hubiera sido genial.
