Amazing visit in this hotel ! The staff was friendly and some were very kind ! There are a lot of different restaurants, the rooms are great, the service was wonderful too. The SPA’s nice ! What a wonderful stay.

Rooms definitely need to be upgraded, especially, bathrooms. So far, I think this is the best hotel to stay in Saint Petersburg because of the location. Maybe, it’s a little overpriced for what you get, but the location is literally everything. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay.

It's a pretty, old hotel. The rooms need some electrical updating. For example there are no USB outlets and the mirror lighting in the bathroom is not illuminating enough. The concierge staff is a bit mean and unhelpful. Maybe not too kind to foreigners? The location is great and our top floor view was gorgeous.

O hotel é antigo. As áreas comuns são muito agradáveis e o serviço é absolutamente impecáve. Os restaurantes dentro do hotel também são muito bons. A conciergerie facilitou muito minha vida numa cidade completamente desconhecida. E a localização é perfeita!

Quarto anticuado com alcatifas velhas com ácaros provocando alergias com janela a dar para um atrio coberto , portanto impossível de arejar. Nem num hotel de 4 estrelas é admissível um quarto destes. Acho que em Portugal seria proíbido. O resto é tudo luxuoso e o oequeno almoço é bom, mas como vou para um hotel lara dormir achei péssimo!!!

Da rede Belmond já se espera conforto luxuoso, mas este é simplesmente icônico. Não importa se é verão ou inverno, desde da imponente fachada e a localização privilegiada (ao lodo da Art Square e apenas 30 minutos do aeroporto) até a ostentação dos mármores italianos nos banheiros, as temáticas únicas das suítes e a culinária russa com música ao vivo no belíssimo restsurante, mesmo com mais de 100 anos consegue juntar requinte, modernidade, sofisticação e serviço de excelência.

Hotel incrível, quartos confortáveis e atendimento semigual. Um dos restaurante do hotel "Caviar Bar" é imperdível para quem deseja a melhor experiência com a iguaria na cidade. Não é barato, vale consultar o cardápio no site antes de decidir se vale a pena.

The hotel has truly gone in a downward spiral since our last visit. First of all our first night after having arrived past midnight, exhausted and just wanting to have a good nights rest. The AC system in the room stopped working (it didn’t work at all to start with and no one bothered to check) for those of you that don’t know the temperatures in summer here are just as humid and hot as Miami. The night was unbearable(we did not sleep) and only the next LATE afternoon was the problem mildly fixed. The hotel offered no compensation and or would accommodate us to another room for the night. The room service has also gotten worse, however one might hope to attribute this to a new change in culinary staff. If not, then wow. Lastly, upon check out the hotel wrongfully charged and accused us of taking some mini bar items. We did not. But we had to catch a flight back and we’re in a huge hurry. The bell boy never showed up to assist with the luggage and in order to leave fast I agreed to pay for items which were never consumed by myself. Im dumbfounded by their extortion like tactics and utter disrespect and care for guests. Truly a terrible experience and will never ever be stating there in the future.

Este hotel es una elección muy recomendable en San Petersburgo. Es muy elegante pero quizás necesita una renovación, aún así es muy buen hotel. El servicio es muy amable y eficiente. Las habitaciones son grandes pero el mobiliario necesita una renovación. La ubicación es muy céntrica.

This was a grand well maintained palace hotel. Great location and friendly people/staff.The bar just reopened however is legendary and a must to experience. Food is excellent. The cafe is pleasant and each cappuccino personalized. The caviar bar is awesome and tastefully presented. Also a must for tasting for the expert to the novice.💂‍♂️

My experience here overall was positive. The service, the food and the grandeur of the building (very elegant building with fabulous interiors and common parts) are its pluses. The rooms are the weak part of the hotel. The rooms are small with outdated bathrooms (I was in an expensive terrace room). Frankly the shower is far from any five star. When they prepare the bed for you they leave the pillows and the bed cover well folded on the floor near the bed which I thought was odd (not in the cupboard where you would expect them). The food was excellent. The service was good too (although a huge line at the check-in should be avoided in a luxury hotel). I think the new owner of Belmond will plan eventually a room refurbishment and that will address the present issues.

Great hotel, very conveniently located. The staff is very nice and welcoming and the concierge team gave us good adresses. Room service is effective and food is great. The rooms are big and spacious. However it was not perfect: the room was either too hot or too cold, the WiFi did not work properly all the time, service at the bar was very slow, the orange juice at the breakfast was very bad and we had to ask to get fresh juice... small issues but accumulated it tends to make the stay less good.

One of the most luxurious hotels in st. Petersburg. Good service. Nice spa. Beautiful traditional room with all comforts you need. Very good located. Would definitely come back.

Estuvimos en este hotel con un tour de SATO TOURS,al hacer el check in nos sirvieron inmediatamente una copa de bienvenida, habitacion cómoda y completa, desayuno espectacular, nos sirvieron una cena increíble,porque llegamos tarde de un show folklorico, sumamente recomendable. A todo el personal del hotel les estamos muy agradecidos y les deseamos muy buena suerte!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
