Very nice hotel, extremely clean, food ain't the best - especially for vegetarians but that's expected in any Spanish orientated country. Great location walkable to anything but far enough away from the party crowd.

Staff are excellent, food is fine, unfortunately the hotel need a serious upgrade. A lot of tired areas needing refurbished. Drinks policy needs a rethink. Cava available at the pool but not available in the restaurants unless you kick up a fuss or get friendly with a waiter/waitress and tip them for the privilege of getting you something that is on tap everywhere else.

Went all inclusive, definitely worth doing because the food on offer was varied and delicious. Hotel is in a good location close to shops and beach. Only bad thing was the dinners other than the buffet was very limited and the servings were small. On top of that there was "emergency works" happening on one of the pools that definitely seemed like scheduled maintenance it meant while you were trying to relax you had jackhammers and the smell of hot tar. We ended up spending money to stay out of the hotel most days. Were trying to speak to a manager for 3 days but they seemed to always be out, staff eventually offered us passes to the VIP area as compensation on our second last day (basically useless at that stage) all this meant was we could go to a rooftop bar instead of the ground floor one not really good enough tbh. Wouldn't go back.

Lovely holiday as always. Hotel beautiful, staff lovely and location the best. We had room 502 and the view is great. Hopefully back next year

Half way through a 3 night stay. So far quite impressed. All inclusive for the first time seems to be a good choice thus far. Food choice at meals is plenty so should be able to find a preferred option. Hotel is clean and staff quote helpful. Swimming pool area busy but again quite chilled out. Very short walk to a beach and plenty of shops and bars around also.

Just arrived back from our week all inclusive holiday, staff and reception were very helpful and polite, rooms were cleaned everyday , entertainment wasn’t so good but there are plenty bars around...
