“If i could give this Hotel 20 STARS i would. Best Hospitality EVER!!! The entire staff was Wonderful. Their Concierge "Alejandra" is a Genius - such an asset to the hotel. We wish we could pack her up and take her back with us. Everyone there was super friendly and helpful. We miss them already and we wasn't ready to leave. The quality of their food was beyond 5 STARS.. Breakfast was included in our stay - my Gosh - it was Wonderful and very tasty. The rooftop Pool View was beautiful and very relaxing.
We are already planning our next trip back. The Marley Cafe was wonderful "Jamaican Water" was very refreshing 🌴. Fives Hotel Downtown you guys are the Absolute BEST... Most Importantly, their Sanitization process during Covid is beyond anything I've seen done in the US. We felt so safe at all times and everyone was wearing their mask.”
