Ótimo hotel, funcionários educados e simpáticos, café da manhã buffet e bem variado. Fácil estacinamento porém pago.

Do Circle hotel é facil para ir para qq. Lugar. O staffing é muito simpatico e os quartos muito bons. Café da manhã com waffle!!

Hotel novo, confortável,funcionários amáveis e bem atenciosos, café da manhã com muitas opções,boa localização(aliás,neste local tem uma enorme quantidade de hotéis). Um ponto negativo: os apartamentos não possuem guarda roupa, com isso você não tem onde pindurar suas roupas,existe uma cômoda entre as duas camas queens. Como foi a úlltima cidade que conheceríamos e ficariamos poucos dias, isso não nos afetou muito.

Hotel muito bacana, bonito e confortável. Os recepcionistas são muito simpáticos e educados.

Bem localizado, quarto amplo e bem mobiliado, banheiro bacana, limpeza impecável. Atendentes simpáticos e prestativos, café da manhã satisfatório. O único senão é o fraco Wi-Fi oferecido gratuitamente.

Great staff, very clean room. Nice pool & jacuzzi area. They did not tell me that I would be charged for parking so when I saw a $42 charge on my Credit Card I called and asked why. The Manager was kind enough to discount my parking in 1/2. Had I been told there was a charge for parking that would have been ok but I was not. Other than that it was a great stay. Again even though I was not told about the parking the Staff was one of the best.

Friendly staff, rooms are well maintained and the fitness room is pretty well equipped.

Heated pool. Many options for a hot breakfast. However our toilet was clogged when we got there and remained clogged for about 3 days. Maintenance had to return 2x to get it fixed. Also the bed was hard as a rock. Very unomfortable!!!! However it's near some great tourist locations.

the hotel staff were very nice, the hotel is very clean and the room itself was fine.breakfast was good.Our main problem was the sound proofing.We were on the end closest to the road and the noise from the highway kept me awake every night.The hotel was full and they could not move us.When we walked down the hallway we could hear music/TVs from the rooms so it seems like sound proofing is an overall problem with this hotel.I imagine many of the hotels in this area have the same problem as they are all next to a busy highway. If I had to do it over, I would have tried Homewood Suites next door which looks newer and tried to get a room on the back side of the hotel.

El servicio es excelente, solo tiene tarifa adicional de estacionamiento que no se menciona en la reservación.

Very disappointed in the way this hotel was run. When I was there everything was great my room had some technical issues that could not be fixed but they were all booked up so I couldn’t be moved. That was no issue. THEY told me that they could move me in two nights and because of the mishap THEY offered to refund me the two nights, which I thought was so nice and generous. I spoke with Elizabeth multiple times on the matter and was so grateful. She insured me everything would be refunded and taken care of on my behalf. I even followed up and she mentioned that they were having issues getting in touch with the third party I booked through but that the refund would be processed and I was to follow up with my credit card. Fast forward two months I have still not received my refund and my cc company has no return. I called and spoke with Diana who said there was no notes about any of it (I know this is not true from previous conversations since I checked out) and that she would speak with Elizabeth and get back to me. It’s been 3 weeks and I have not heard anything. I’m very disappointed in this hotel and won’t recommend it to any one. If you did not want to issue a refund why offer it? I did not ask for one they offered and now they are lying to me about the issue. If you can go somewhere else, I would advise it. There are plenty of hotels in the area.

I chose this hotel (because it's a Hilton) for the proximity to the airport (about a 6-8 minute drive), it was an in-and-out visit but the hotel staff was very friendly, they offered a free breakfast, my room was clean and quiet and a very comfortable bed. I did not take advantage of anything around me so I'm not aware of restaurants or sightseeing. I would stay at this hotel again.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! My family and I have visit here twice now on two separate HOLIDAYS and received the worst service. Initially, we loved the hotel from what was displayed online. It is a fairly new hotel in a great area. However, upon arrival the first time the hotel did not have any clean rooms available. Check in time was 3:00PM and we could not get into a room until 7:00pm. We received a small discount. We understood the hotel is fairly new and experiencing a high volume of people. We booked again despite our terrible experience because again the hotel it self is nice. During our second stay before we checked out three people from the cleaning crew came to our door. We declined the services twice. The third time, A MAN WALKED IN ON ME AND MY DAUGHTER AS WE GOT OUT THE SHOWER. AFTER WE DECLINED THE SERVICES SEVERAL times because we had not checked out yet. My boyfriend then reported the incident to the manager. The manager then promised to credit us for the stay because of the inconsiderate staff. GUESS WHAT? THE HOTEL ACTUALLY CHARGED US FOR AN ADDITIONAL NIGHT STAY. A 300 dollar charged was actually added to our stay that we did not receive. NOW, WE HAVE BE inconvenienced BY THIS HOTEL and the incompetent staff. We needed our funds to book another vacation and hotel in DALLAS, Texas. However, we now have to go through a dispute with this hotel (which will not answer the phone). We now have to dispute with our financial institution. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEARTACHE AND PAIN this establishment will cause and book some place else!!!!!

Don't forget to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ when booking any resort. They compare thousands of hotel sites and typically will have rates much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of my favorites in this area. I have been staying here for a very long time. If you stay for a few nights you for sure won't regret it. I am extremely pleased with the customer service here at the Hampton Inn. Kaila at the front desk was kind and accommodated us fully. Our room is clean, quite and absolutely perfect for my husbands birthday weekend. Thank you!
