Eu cheguei pela primeira vez, o funcionário da recepção foi muito desrespeitoso e não é útil. eu viajo Para o trabalho e nunca tive que mostrar um cartão devido ao meu trabalho pré-agendado para mim. A mulher da frente apagou o cartão que eles originalmente deram para cobrar, então isso foi um desastre em si mesmo. O primeiro quarto que recebi cheirava tão mal, como um ginásio sujo. Pedi um quarto não por uma saída. Ela também afirmou que não havia quartos limpos não perto da saída, o hotel parecia vazio. O segundo quarto tinha uma máscara suja e sangue na cama. O terceiro estava ok. Eu disse a recepção e ela disse “ É impossível que esteja suja e uma máscara no chão eu mesma verifiquei “Eu disse bem aí está” e ela mais uma vez disse impossível. Eu finalmente pensei "então eu estou mentindo, é isso que você está dizendo", ela disse não, não é isso que eu estou dizendo. Eu perguntei a ela qual é o nome de seu gerente e ela disse que o gerente não iria me ajudar, mas aqui está o cartão dele: Eu fico em um monte de Hamptons para o trabalho. Nunca voltarei e disse ao meu trabalho para não mandar mais ninguém para este hotel.

Meu vôo foi cancelado e acabei aqui. Eu cheguei lá às 2 da manhã e o CSR da recepção foi muito útil e amigável de uma forma descontraída, o que eu apreciei porque eu estava exausto neste momento. (Eu gostaria de ter descoberto o nome dela!)O quarto estava limpo. A cama era tão confortável, e eu não digo isso facilmente. O café da manhã era bastante impressionante para um hotel. E a piscina e a banheira de hidromassagem foram incrivelmente limpos e confortáveis. Esta estadia foi uma agradável surpresa, definitivamente recomendo este hotel.

Mi vuelo fue cancelado y terminé aquí. Llegué a las 2 am y el CSR de la recepción fue muy servicial y amable de una manera relajada, lo que aprecié mucho porque estaba agotado en este punto. (¡Ojalá hubiera obtenido su nombre!)La habitación estaba limpia. La cama era TAN cómoda, y no lo digo fácilmente. El desayuno era bastante impresionante para un hotel. Y la piscina y el jacuzzi estaban increíblemente limpias y cómodas. Esta estancia fue una agradable sorpresa, definitivamente recomiendo este hotel.

I first arrived, the front desk employee was very disrespectful and not helpful.I travel For work and have never had to show a card due to my work prebooking for myself. The front woman delete the card that they originally given to them to charge, so that was a debacle in itself, The first room I was given smelled so bad, like a dirty gym.I asked for a room not by an exit. She also stated there was no clean rooms not by the exit, the hotel looked empty. The second room had a dirty mask and blood on the bed . The third was ok . I told the front desk and she said “ It is impossible for that to be dirty and a mask on the groundI checked it myself “ I said well there it is “and she once again she said impossible . I finally was like “ so I am lying is that what your saying “ she said nope that’s not what I am saying. I asked her what’s her manager name is and she stated that the manager wasn’t going to help me but here’s his card: IStay in HamptonsALOT for work. I’ll never be back and have told my work not to send anyone else to this hotel.

My flight got canceled and so I ended up here. I got there at 2 am and the front desk CSR was very helpful and friendly on a laid back way, which I so appreciated because I was exhausted at this point. (I wish I had gotten her name!) The room was clean. The bed was SO comfortable, and I don't say that easily. Breakfast was pretty impressive for a hotel. And the pool and hot tub were incredibly clean and comfortable. This stay was a pleasant surprise, I definitely recommend this hotel.

Quarto era pequeno, porta deslizante em estilo de celeiro para banheiro, então nenhuma maneira de trancar a porta. Room was small, sliding door barn style door for bathroom so no way to lock the door.Space for hanging clothes very limited and not a typical closet.Breakfast was a joke!No milk for cereal they had, nothing more than bagels and little 100 cal yougurt cups.It was at least passably clean or I would have given it 1 star.If I'm paying $200 a night I expect better than what we got.

Our bed smelled like toe jam. Thought it was the headboard so we scooted down and all night I kept waking up smelling that stink. Very disappointed. Check in was so/so. I felt like I was not liked. And the room we got had zero view. Only a wall. But that wasn't the real problem..

O hotel estava limpo e isso é da maior importância para mim. No entanto, a cama era muito desconfortável. The hotel was clean and that's of the highest importance to me. However, the bed was really uncomfortable. I woke up over and over, needing to turn, because whatever side I had been sleeping on was super sore from the bed. The room was also extremely small. It almost looks like they cut two rooms into one on a remodel. But it has freshly been redone and the tv was nice and big. The staff was friendly. We left too early to take advantage of the breakfast so I can't speak to that

I loved it here! Stayed twice, and looking to come back in the future. Great location off of the freeway. It's not that noisy, and you can get to places within 5 minutes. Extra bonus is that a gas station is basically right next door. The staff was friendly and professional. The room was nice and spacious with multiple outlets to plug things in. I am sorry for what occurred back in late April. To clear things up a little, it was a setup that I wanted no part of and so I left. I am sorry that you guys got involved in this matter. Everything was pretty much resolved. I still would like to make things right if need be. You guys should still have my number if I need to do anything further! Thanks again for the stay and the experience prior!

The Hampton Inn Portland East is receiving 2-stars simply because of the kind and courteous staff. My check-in process was smooth and the gal at the front desk was amazing. She informed me of all the amenities available during my stay and as a Hilton Honors member offered both water and a complimentary beverage. The issue that I had was specifically with my room. It had a dank, musty odor and felt a bit swampy despite the air conditioner. Obviously bad smells are off putting and always seem to reflect on the overall cleanliness of the room (unfortunately). Secondly, there were long black hairs all over the bathroom floor. Not one hair, a lot of them. Seeing this made me realize there's no way the floor could have been swept and then mopped. So, it was a huge gross out factor and made me wonder what else in the room wasn't truly clean let alone sterilized. With a few extra steps taken by the cleaning staff, this could have been a comfortable stay. The remainder of the facility was as expected considering the price range of this hotel.
