“Todos foram muito acolhedores e amigáveis durante a minha estadia enquanto meu marido estava no Emory Hospital. Theresa, que preparou o café da manhã foi um raio de sol e muito trabalhadora. O quarto estava limpo como esperado. Minhas únicas experiências negativas foram devido ao mau comportamento dos hóspedes tarde da noite. Ficaria novamente.”

“Stayed in this hotel just for the night with my family. We brought no luggage in with us (thankfully) as we were just sleeping for a handful of hours and getting back on the road. Woke up in the morning and there was a bed bug crawling above our kids on the headboard. Also found 2 dead ones when we started looking. When we notified the front desk about it they simply responded "Okay we'll have someone check the room later." It's really concerning to me that we got no apology, they weren't concerned at all about what can be a really be issue.I tried to submit a feedback report with Hilton directly but it never worked.”
