“I’m going to be absolutely clear and honest about my review. I’m surprised they have so many good ones. We had booked a suite, we expected the room to be ready by 3pm: this is literally the standard at any hotel. I’ve gone to places in DR, Mexico, Philly, Dubai, India, Europe: it is the standard. Yet, they managed to not have the room ready and hotels should be already catering to guests; until my friend borderline yelled at the front desk, nothing was ready…already on a bad note. Yes, they gave her a room to stay but that’s should be a standard; if the room I paid for isn’t ready then there should be another open. Nobody should have to get upset with the front desk for you to see what else you can do(?) People have things to do. Anyway - fast forward. To be fair, there were quite a few people in our room and we were asked to leave the room (totally fine) I stood outside, held open the door, was more than happy to head out. I realized I had forgotten my phone and my wallet - but the thing that got me was as I was waiting to grab my literal government ID and credit cards from the room because I forgot them inside, the receptionist was busy arguing with the person who booked (and paid for) the suite. I stood there calmly, was waiting for them to stop so I could grab my things. The receptionist (tall, a little thicker, wore a grey blazer and had black long hair) proceeded to ask “Do you need something?” As if I was standing there yelling at her and waiting to fight…I was literally just calmly standing there because I forgot my belongings. I’ve worked in hospitality, I’ve worked with people who have done ridiculous things to hotel rooms. Never in my life have I ever seen someone handle something so ridiculously unprofessionally. I will certainly ensure in the future when friends want to stay in a area near Tyson’s that they get a hotel where Receptionists know to speak respectfully to guests rather than with attitude and sass. Clearly, if I’m standing there waiting patiently I do need something - my ID, phone, and wallet??? Did you forget that you’re on the clock and professionalism is a standard? Ridiculous that someone with that attitude is representing Marriott. I was extremely offended and upset with that disrespect. I hope you’re able to discuss how it is a standard to remain professional no matter how upset you are.”

Front desk people were nice, the room was nice.Except the toilet wouldn't flush. I opened it up and flushed I figured I would tell them in the am. But during the night we kept getting a weird flash of light every 15-20 mins which made it impossible for me and my wife on our 18th Anniversary to fall asleep so we left at 1am in the morning. Front desk were sympathetic but didn't offer me anything to stay or to lessen the whole experience. Very disappointed.

Decepcionante.Não honrou o 'acesso M lounge' na íntegra. O acesso ao lounge foi especificamente chamado na minha reserva, o que expliquei e mostrei isso à recepção. Recebi o quarto em um andar superior por causa do status Gold, mas isso não honra totalmente o acesso ao lounge pelo qual paguei. Não retornarei a um hotel que não honre o serviço pelo qual paguei (neste caso, US$ 50 em um local concorrente que honrou o acesso ao lounge pela estadia recente de um contato profissional).

Disappointing.Did not honor the ‘M lounge access’ in full. The lounge access was specifically called out in my reservation, which I explained and showed this to the front desk. I was given the room on a higher floor because of Gold status, but that does not fully honor the lounge access that I paid for. I will not return to a hotel that does not honor the service I paid for (in this case $50 over a competing location that DID honor lounge access per a professional contact’s recent stay).

Eu viajo para a área de DC/VA 5-6 vezes por ano e esperava que fosse um bom lugar para ficar regularmente.Infelizmente, vou precisar encontrar outra opção.Tenho um problema em não limpar os quartos diariamente e, antes de obter a linha padrão COVID, eles parecem não ter problemas em cobrar a taxa total por menos do que os serviços completos. Se eles tiverem apenas 50% da equipe, venderão apenas 50% dos quartos. Pare de fazer com que os problemas de pessoal sejam meu problema, vendendo demais o hotel.Estou viajando com colegas de trabalho e tive reuniões no meu quarto, então pedi que fosse limpo diariamente. A primeira vez eles não tiraram o lixo. No segundo dia, eles chegaram às 17h30, 30 minutos depois que eu voltei do trabalho para o dia. Eles não vieram nos outros dois dias.O salão M é o pior que já vi. É apenas um lounge de nível de hotel de 2 estrelas.Todd

O Hotel é muito bom e os funcionários da recepção são ótimos. A única razão pela qual estou dando 3 estrelas em vez de 5 é por causa do lixo restante. O quarto do hotel em si é muito limpo e agradável, no entanto, havia sobras no frigobar, o que me faz pensar sobre o resto da qualidade da limpeza. Além disso, o quarto é bom e limpo e a equipe é ótima. Eu não me afastaria deste lugar, pois é muito bom pelo preço.

I travel to the DC/VA area 5-6 times a year and hoped this would be a good place to regularly stay.
Sadly, I will need to find another option.
I have an issue with not cleaning the rooms daily and before I get the standard COVID line, they seem to have no issue charging the full rate for less than full services. If they only have 50% of the staff, then only sell 50% of the rooms. Stop making the staffing issues my issue by over-selling the hotel.
I am traveling with co-workers and had meetings in my room so I asked that it be cleaned daily. The first time they didn’t take out the trash. The 2nd day they came at 5:30 pm, 30 minutes after I returned from work for the day. They didn’t come at all the other two days.
The M lounge is the worst I have seen. It is barely a 2-star hotel level lounge.

The Hotel is very nice and the front desk personnel are great. The only reason I’m giving a 3 star instead of 5 is because of leftover trash. The hotel room itself is very clean and nice however, there were leftovers in the mini fridge which makes me wonder about the rest of the quality of cleanliness. Aside from that, the room is nice and clean and the staff is great. I wouldn’t stray away from this place, as it’s very nice for the price.

Academia é tudo o que posso dizer que vale qualquer coisa (melhor academia de hotel que já estive). 20$ buffet de jeito nenhum José ..... e mal pode obter quaisquer toalhas quando necessário ... acho que eles não têm o suficiente. Um shopping está a uma curta distância, o que é bom.

Pretty decent place. The size of the rooms is just right and are very clean. There is lots of lobby space to hang around with friends. Has all aminities like gym, pool, and bar. The staff was very friendly.

Gym is about all I can say is worth anything (best Hotel gym I have ever been to). 20$ buffet no way Jose.....and can barely get any towels when needed...guess they don't have enough. A Mall is in walking distance so that is nice.

Serei absolutamente claro e honesto sobre minha avaliação. Estou surpreso que eles tenham tantos bons. Tínhamos reservado uma suíte, esperávamos que o quarto estivesse pronto às 15h: isso é literalmente o padrão em qualquer hotel. Já fui a lugares na RD, México, Filadélfia, Dubai, Índia, Europa: é o padrão. No entanto, eles conseguiram não ter o quarto pronto e os hotéis já deveriam estar atendendo os hóspedes; até que meu amigo borderline gritou na recepção, nada estava pronto... já com uma nota ruim. Sim, eles deram a ela um quarto para ficar, mas isso deveria ser um padrão; se o quarto pelo qual paguei não estiver pronto, deve haver outro aberto. Ninguém deveria ficar chateado com a recepção para você ver o que mais você pode fazer (?) As pessoas têm coisas para fazer. De qualquer forma - avanço rápido. Para ser justo, havia algumas pessoas em nosso quarto e nos pediram para sair do quarto (totalmente bem). Fiquei do lado de fora, segurei a porta aberta, estava mais do que feliz em sair. Percebi que tinha esquecido meu telefone e minha carteira - mas a única coisa que me pegou foi enquanto eu estava esperando para pegar minha identidade literal do governo e cartões de crédito do quarto porque eu os esqueci lá dentro, a recepcionista estava ocupada discutindo com a pessoa que reservou (e pagou) a suíte. Fiquei ali calmamente, esperando que parassem para pegar minhas coisas. A recepcionista (alta, um pouco mais grossa, usava um blazer cinza e tinha cabelos pretos compridos) passou a perguntar “Você precisa de alguma coisa?” Como se eu estivesse ali gritando com ela e esperando para lutar... eu estava literalmente parado ali calmamente porque esqueci meus pertences. Trabalhei em hospitalidade, trabalhei com pessoas que fizeram coisas ridículas em quartos de hotel. Nunca na minha vida eu vi alguém lidar com algo tão ridiculamente não profissional. Com certeza, no futuro, quando os amigos quiserem ficar em uma área perto do Tyson's, garantirei que eles obtenham um hotel onde os recepcionistas saibam falar respeitosamente com os hóspedes, e não com atitude e ousadia. Claramente, se eu estiver esperando pacientemente, preciso de alguma coisa - minha identidade, telefone e carteira??? Você esqueceu que está no relógio e o profissionalismo é um padrão? Ridículo que alguém com essa atitude esteja representando a Marriott. Fiquei extremamente ofendido e chateado com esse desrespeito. Espero que você possa discutir como é um padrão permanecer profissional, não importa o quão chateado você esteja.

Google is wrong when it says this is a 3 star hotel. This is more like 4+ stars. Check in was a breeze and the front desk was very friendly and quick to process keys. Parking is $18 per 24 hours but I am happy to pay that to secure my car. Lobby is spacious and hotel is very fresh smelling with a neutral scent. We stayed for one night on d way back to NJ and it was so worth it. Breakfast is top notch with great options and attentive staff. Will stay again as Tysons Corner is my preferred area while in DMV area.

Considerando la cercanía en automóvil con los principales atractivos de la Capital de los Estados Unidos, su precio es una excelente opción, los alimentos que se sirven en el restaurant son de buena calidad, las instalaciones son agradables y la atención del personal es excelente; destaca que a unos metros está el centro comercial Tysons Corner Center con marcas como Louis Vuitton, Michael Kors, Brooks Brothers y la tienda departamental Macy's.
