“Unpleasant stay - room was hot (no air conditioning) so staff said to sleep with patio sliders open. Ants in room. Customer service said that was because sliders were open. Checkout was awful - computers not working and staff had no idea what to do. Items that should be hot at breakfast were cold (at 730 when breakfast opened), juices had settled and bread was hard. Location is good... not not worth the $$$.”

“Tivemos que mudar 3 vezes de quarto, os quartos não tinha sido inspeccionados (Estavam as casas de banho sujas, cheios de pó as portas das varandas não fechavam... A água dos duches saí toda para fora, tivemos uma inundação num dos quartos... Tive que pedir uma limpeza e manutenção geral nos últimos quartos onde ficamos porque também estavam péssimos. Está tudo extremamente degradado... Relativamente ao pequeno almoço, muito fraco para um hotel de 4 estrelas.As refeições deixam muito a desejar para além de levar imenso tempo a chegar o que quer que seja a comida não tem sabor e as proporções são minimas...O profissionalismo dos trabalhadores também tem que ser melhorado, precisam de ter mais formação na área de hotelaria e de etiqueta e protocolo.São simpáticos mas só a simpatia não chega.Bem sei que não são os funcionários que têm culpa porque são muito poucos e não conseguem dar conta de tudo.A direcção precisa de intervir urgentemente.De 4 estrelas este hotel não tem nada. Diria que é hotel de 2 estrelas com uma ótima vista.Desejo as maiores felicidades a todos os funcionários.”
