Bar e restaurantes estão a uma curta distância e se você quiser pegar o metrô, poderá encontrar a estação imediatamente.Assim que entrar, você começará a sentir aquele cheiro icônico dos hotéis da edição. Maria, que era da Espanha (se não me engano), nos registrou quando chegamos. Seu serviço ao cliente foi excelente. Ofereceu diferentes tipos de bebidas enquanto esperávamos e finalmente nos acompanhou até o nosso quarto e explicou os diferentes serviços e comodidades que o quarto / hotel possui.A academia é decente e acima da média para o que você pode esperar de um hotel em uma cidade grande como Londres. Garrafas de água, toalhas, tapete de ioga disponível e máquinas diferentes também.A equipe de arrumação fez um trabalho fantástico em ter nosso quarto arrumado e de maneira rápida. Você deve definitivamente experimentar o bar do lobby, onde encontrará uma equipe incrível e muito profissional. Diferentes recomendações de bebidas e as batatas fritas também eram yum.Finalmente, quando saímos, Amadeus, o porteiro, foi muito simpático e prestativo em nos ajudar a colocar a bagagem no carro e torná-la muito suave.Eu definitivamente recomendo isso para quem visita Londres. Fiquei em diferentes hotéis da cidade, mas este foi o melhor hotel até agora! Parabéns a toda equipe da edição.”

“Stayed here for 3 nights in June.Overally, our experience was...fine. Rooms were quite nice and spacious, especially for London, and the amenities in the bathroom were great.There were numerous service misses, from luggage, to check in, to housekeeping and turndown service. Nothing was really quite the level of seamless you expect of a hotel at this price point. And, more than that, it just didn't work. Just a lot of misses all around. To give you a taste: - staff offered to deal with bags...after we were already in the elevator after check in - front desk told us we got an upgrade (Marriott Ambassador member) and then gave us the base room (which is totally fine, but the expectations management is an issue) - housekeeping wasn’t there some of the days? - turn down service was offered proactively (awesome!) and then didn’t come during the window they confirmed (or even later in the evening when we were back…just not at all). Overall just a big expectations management problem.Value for money wasn't really there vs. other London hotels, as, though the rooms were nice, the rest was kind of a dud.Not that I expect any different treatment as a Marriott elite member, but I do have a larger sample of similar stays and this one really missed the mark.”
