This is definitely a four star hotel. The staff are amazing. They were welcoming and accommodating. The room was clean, well appointed and comfortable. I had a nice city view on the 8th floor. Starbucks is conveniently located on the main level. I will definitely be back.

The location of the hotel ist great. You can reach most attraction in Washington DC per foot. The staff at the front desk was friendly. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Our room was completely forgotten to be cleaned for one day! Instead of a clean room and fresh towels we got a page long detailed letter of apology. Does this happen possibly often🤔?

The hotel was nice and had plenty of space in the room but the walls are so thin! You can hear every door close, conversation, and tv show people are watching from a few doors away, making it very hard to sleep. The bathroom drain was also slightly clogged before we even got there.

I believe this hotel is under rated! I loved my room and appreciated the convenience of a Starbucks in the lobby. I had a rocky flight coming in and the woman in the hotel snack shop was so helpful in finding ginger ale for me! This trip was for a conference, next time would stay here as a tourist as I love the location!

The hotel is nice but the staff really make this hotel shine. Every staff member I had interactions with was very helpful and kind. This hotel also still has someone come in and refresh your room during the day seems like something most hotels are not doing anymore. I would stay here again

No frills as expected, bathroom was clean but bed linens had a very musty odor when we first arrived as if the room had not been used or refreshed recently. Parking was relatively simple (about $30 per day), within walking distance of many sites if walking is your thing. No microwave in room was a bummer since indoor dining wasn't a safe personal option at many locations. If be inclined to stay again if it were for not having a microwave.

This review refers to a stay before Christmas. Large hotel in a convenient location. Not impressed by the room I was given even after some changes. Generally speaking, some rooms are quite old and suffers heavily from mold. Be careful when checking in. In my case, my stay was not short and there was a large event planned over the weekend, so the ladies were "unable" to change the room. I had to stay with the mold smell the entire stay.

I would give this a solid 3/3.5 stars. I must admit, since it’s a 4 star hotel, we expected a bit more. I’m going to guess they had to cut some amenities due to COVID. The night staff seemed friendlier than the morning staff. The bathroom was fine (I read a few before going that it was moldy). The water does take quite some time to stop dripping after you turn it off but the pressure was fine. You can definitely tell they used bleach/serious cleaners. Did notice some stains on the shower curtain and bed but could just be from use over the years. The best part really was location in terms of distance from certain attractions. That and the fact that Starbucks was in the lobby (they open early but close early as well). They also have a easy to use and relatively spacious safe. If I’m honest, I can’t say we will be choosing this hotel again the next time but overall, it was a fine experience.

Me alojé 5 días en este hotel y disfruté de una buena experiencia. No tengo muy claro si como miembro GOLD se me realizó un upgrade de habitación, pero soy consciente que el hotel estaba muy lleno debido a un congreso.La ubicación del hotel es realmente buena, pudiendo llegar al Mall caminando sin problema, y tiene una línea de autobús llamada "Circulator" que conecta directamente con la estación de tren.La habitacion era amplia con una de las camas más cómodas que jamás he experimentado junto a unas sábanas increiblemente suaves. También decir que la habitación era muy tranquila (orientada al patio interior), aunque el equipo de aire acondicionado me resultó un poco ruidoso. Buen estado general de conservación.Lo único negativo, el ruido de las puertas al cerrar. Deberían mejorar ese aspecto para no estar escuchando los golpes de las puertas al cerrarse.Habitación limpia aunque con un punto negativo de encontrar cada día cabellos largos de la señora de la limpieza.

Excelente trato de todo el personal, súper amables. La habitación era gigante y muy limpia. Había wifi gratis solo en el lobby, la conexión era muy buena y el lobby es gigante con sillones muy cómodos. A pocas cuadras de la Casa Blanca y el National Mall. Volvería a este hotel.
