“Me ha encantado, cerca de metro y supermercado. Habitación bien, cama muy cómoda. Bastante limpio y personal muy amable. Desayuno un poco pobre, café de máquina malo, fruta poco variada y para tostar pan pequeño. Aunque sí que me volvería alojar.”

“The staff were very unhelpful and rude about the fact that the cot I ordered for my room was broken. They replaced the broken cot with yet another broken cot and proceeded to tell me it wasn't broken and they had no more to offer. The suggestion was that I put my baby in the king size bed with me. The cot in question is about €40 to buy in shops but they didn't offer to go and purchase a new one or any other attempt to solve the issue. In the end we had to leave hotel and get our money back at 6pm on a Saturday evening with two young children. Unacceptable for a 4 star hotel, I do not recommend you stay here with a family. They do not appear to care about a families needs.”
