“For an airport hotel, this is a winner. The restaurant food is surprisingly good, and open late. The staff is polite and attentive. The rooms were clean. The bathroom is a bit small, but otherwise fine.”

“Adequate; great location if your traveling out of Dulles, however be prepared for noisy guests that have no comprehension or common courtesy as this hotel is busy with airport travelers their voice levels are ridiculous and the hotel hallways magnifies the sound. The concierge lounge isn’t open but has bags of chips and drinks, boy am I glad my years of loyalty is paying off…but they do provide loyalty members free bfast at the restaurant…so all in all…okay; most of the staff is customer focused and do a nice job, but not exceptional.”
