“Smack I’m the middle of downtown, the location can’t be beat. Exquisite design details as usual for Kimptons. Super friendly front staff especially Ahmed who was 5-star. Valet staff were not as great. Mountain View room was spacious with a sweet view of the Art Museum and mountains. Rooftop pool was nice, the menu was meh and the food not great. 4Saints was better - Linda at the bar was fantastic and our food was good the first 2 nights, cold the 3rd night. Hostess couldn’t seat us any of the 3 nights even though tables sat empty the entire time we were there. Bummer. Linda made up for it though. Overall a good stay.”

“Leaving one star for the poor communication skills the staff here display. Our group walked in and was told that a certain area of the pool was reserved for hotel guests but what she really should have said is that the entirety of the pool is only reserved for guests. However, they waited until we purchased drinks at the bar to notify us that we were only permitted to stay at the bar area without access to the pool. This was later followed by being approached by three separate staff members to be told that we needed to move our stuff from the pool area Asap, while we were doing so. Is it strange that they waited to tell us of their pool policy- which by the way is not in clear sighting anywhere from the elevator to the pool- AFTER we purchased an overpriced drink? Lastly, the bar staff just seemed bothered by our company but of course was pleased to take our money. Later we found out that their pool access policy had changed after the pandemic but why should guests have to affirmatively ask for the rules instead of it being clearly communicated? You would think folks at a bougie hotel establishment like this one would implement their hotel management skills if they had it.”
