If I was just rating the hotel: 3/5. Pool was not clean, not many breakfast options, room was alright, wasn't near anything besides other hotels. Definitely the kind of hotel where you feel better after a bed bug check. (There were also signs that the lot nextdoor would be having daily detonations for the rest of March.) But the service. I left an item of clothing when I checked out, realized pretty quickly and called the hotel. Was told I would be called back by housekeeping when it was found. Called again the next day and was told the same thing. Finally on my fourth call I was told that the item had been thrown out. Makes no sense to me because they clearly knew it was an item I wanted back and it was good quality. The news would have been hard enough if they were nice about it, but four calls and two condescending desk people made it so much worse. There are better hotels for better prices nearby.

1st thing I noticed was how clean the hotel smelled! (I'm 4 months pregnant and smell EVERYTHING) This is a well kept hotel for sure. Sheets were soft, and the room was spotless! I spoke with a young lady at the front desk about a late checkout and was accommodated with ease! I love it here!

Over the top staff! Good location!!! Plenty of parking too... Room was big, clean and bright. Wall seemed a bit thin, but people can be loud too... (I know all about the neighbor and how little she cares for her new supervisor/manager!) Wifi was good, breakfast was good, and morning staff was great too. Always hot coffee!

We stayed at the end of December 2022. Staff was friendly at checkin. Pool is huge and very warm, very clean. My kids enjoyed swimming. The room is clean and comfortable, and we loved having dishes, plates, a fridge, sink, and even a dishwasher in our room! We frequent Hilton hotels a lot and while it isn't like a top tier Hilton, it would be a great hotel for a longer stay. Also, we were right by the airport and the interstate, and there is a conference room right beside our room with a conference going on and we didn't hear any noise to bother us.

My wife and I enjoyed a two night stay at Home2 Suites. The room was welcoming and comfortable, we slept quietly through the night, the staff was warm, welcoming and friendly, and the price was good. I give this experience 5 stars, but I would recommend some changes in the breakfast. The manufactured eggs and sausage biscuits could be greatly improved, but I would stay here again.

Booked a room well in advance. Drove 8 hours from Chicago with my family of 5 only to be told they were out of rooms. No worries they said, just take this piece of paper up to Hyatt and you can stay there for free. Get to Hyatt 5 minutes later, followed by the 3 or 4 families that got turned away behind me. Had to wait over an hour for Home2 to send the necessary credit card info to get checked in. Someone who works in hotels is reading this saying, "We have to overbook, you don't get it." My response to that is, screw you. You can't eff with road weary families like that. It's all good. Lots of hotel choices out there. Cross the entire Hiton line off my list.

The hotel was located in a quiet, tucked away area right off I 40. The property and our room was clean and plenty of space for us and my pet to relax and get a good night's rest before continuing our toad trip to North Carolina. I was happy with breakfast and the service at the property. I would stay here again!

El hotel estaba ubicado en una zona tranquila y escondida justo a la salida de la I 40. La propiedad y nuestra habitación estaban limpias y había mucho espacio para que nosotros y mi mascota nos relajáramos y descansáramos bien por la noche antes de continuar nuestro viaje de sapo a Carolina del Norte. Estaba contento con el desayuno y el servicio en la propiedad. ¡Me alojaría aquí de nuevo!

Buena ubicación en general. Fin del camino. Junto a alguna zona boscosa. La habitación estaba generalmente limpia. El sofá tenía algunas manchas. La silla de oficina tenía un reposabrazos desgastado al que le faltaba el cuero. Las paredes podrían estar un poco mejor aisladas ya que podía escuchar a la gente de al lado. El desayuno era bueno, con muchas opciones. Muy cerca del aeropuerto. El personal fue amable cuando interactué con ellos.

Overall nice location. End of the road. Next to some forested area. Room was generally clean. Couch had a few stains on it. The office chair had a worn out arm rest missing the leather. Walls could be a bit better insulated as I could hear the people next door. Breakfast was good, lots of choices. Very close to the airport. Staff was friendly when I interacted with them.

Decepcionante para dizer o mínimo. Viajamos com frequência e procuramos esta marca. Agora vamos procurar outra marca que seja orientada para o atendimento ao cliente e cumpra as obrigações contratuais, como a limpeza simples, conforme descrito em sua literatura.

Foi pego de surpresa quando abrimos o sofá-cama e os lençóis estavam sujos! Então, depois de uma viagem de carro de 15 horas de volta para NY, percebi que deixei minha pulseira na cômoda em frente à tv. Quando liguei para a recepcionista foi rude e me disse para ligar de volta em 6 horas! Quando eu fiz é claro que ninguém tinha encontrado! Ninguém se ofereceu para olhar ou me perguntar o número do quarto! Acabei de receber um muito severo - não - seria registrado! - - Tenho certeza de que alguém está gostando! Muito desapontado

El miércoles, el gerente vino a abordar el problema ella misma después de que hablamos por teléfono con la empresa. El caballero de la recepción incluso fue tan lejos como para sermonearnos sobre informarles con 24 horas de anticipación si queríamos esos servicios. La calcomanía en el espejo del baño y nuestras estadías anteriores en las suites Home2 no necesitaban ningún aviso para un barrido de rutina durante la semana. Clean rooms, ok service but a couple of issues. The first is there was no soap in the room, which the front desk was aware of but didn’t tell me. How do I know they were aware? When I checked in, I heard them chatting in hushed tones about not being able to find soap. Would’ve been nice to be told this in advance instead of discovering it after I used the restroom and went to wash my hands. Plus it wouldn’t have been that hard to fix the issue. Make an executive decision, run to Walmart and get some soap to take care of your guests… good thing I carry my own toiletries. But I do understand this is a level of problem solving that doesn’t come naturally to all employees and sometimes needs to be taught/learned over time. The second odd issue was a phone call I received from the front desk after 9PM to ask me how my stay was going. Well it was going decent until you woke me up when I had to get up at 4am for a flight. Not sure whose bright idea this was, but it felt quite invasive and it was hard falling back asleep. I can appreciate the intent behind it, but it was a bad judgement call. Maybe next time do what all the other fancy hotels are doing and send people a text message. That way they control the notifications and can answer at their leisure. I trust these issues will be fixed shortly so don’t be afraid to give them a try…

Was taken aback when we opened couch bed and the sheets were dirty! Then after a 15 hour car ride back to NY I realized I left my bracelet On the dresser in front of the tv. When I called the receptionist was rude and told me to call back in 6 hours! When I did of course no one had found it! No one even offered to look or ask me the room number! I just got a very stern - nope- it would be logged!—- I’m sure someone is enjoying it! Very disappointed

We booked our stay for 6 days to celebrate our 33rd wedding anniversary in Nashville. Once in the room, we noticed the toilet had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. Further, it was not touched by the cleaning crew at any time during our stay. Numerous contacts with the front desk for towels, coffee, and trash removal were not received well. Wednesday the manager came to address the issue herself after we got off the phone with corporate. The gentleman at the front desk even went so far as to lecture us about letting them know 24 hours ahead of time if we wanted those services. The sticker on the bathroom mirror and our prior stays at Home2 suites didn’t need notice at all for a routine sweep during the week. We contacted the desk three different times during this stay and even called corporate twice. Returned today and the room still had not been touched by 3 PM. We were Hilton honors members and found this stay bad enough we left two days early with both management and corporate insistent on not letting us check out early and refunding us the two remaining days. Disappointing to say the least. We travel often and look for this brand. Now we will look for another brand that is customer service oriented and delivers on contractual obligations such as simple cleaning as described in their literature.

Teve uma estadia de 13 noites. O quarto ficava logo acima das portas deslizantes laterais. Os quartos com números ímpares no segundo andar precisam ser eliminados. Você não pode dormir com pessoas entrando e saindo todas as horas da noite. Agita a sala inteira. No geral, ótima experiência, mas não dormi nada.

Voou de fora do estado, transporte do aeroporto foi definitivamente um bônus! O processo de check-in e check-out foi simples e fácil. A equipe foi cortês e prestativa. Os quartos eram muito limpos e confortáveis. O recurso de desbloqueio do teclado Bluetooth foi fácil e indolor. O café da manhã também foi ótimo, minha experiência geral foi excelente.

Cheguei a este hotel à 1 da manhã após uma conferência de 2 dias, 2 viagens de trem e um voo de 16 horas. Cansado seria um eufemismo. Eu havia solicitado uma busca no aeroporto, mas tive que ligar depois de esperar 30 minutos. Na chegada ao hotel, fui calorosamente recebido e necessário check Ins rapidamente concluído. Os quartos são ótimos. Bom espaço, uma cozinha com todos os utensílios e eletrodomésticos necessários, amplo armazenamento, uma cama muito confortável e vista dos aviões decolando e pousando (um bônus para mim). O café da manhã é self-service com uma construção própria, e até mesmo cozinhar o seu próprio. A maioria dos itens de menu eram da variedade pré-cozido de reaquecimento. Isso foi dias pré-covid, então foi interativo silencioso. Todos em todos uma excelente estadia, funcionários simpáticos e pequena loja conveniente para lanches.

Tuve una estancia de 13 noches. La habitación estaba justo encima de las puertas corredizas laterales. Las habitaciones con números impares en el segundo piso deben eliminarse. No puedes dormir con gente entrando y saliendo a todas horas de la noche. Hace vibrar toda la habitación. En general, una gran experiencia, pero no he dormido nada.

I arrived at this hotel at 1am after a 2 day conference, 2 train rides and a 16 hour flight. Tired would be an understatement. I had requested a pick up from the airport, but had to call in after waiting 30 mins. On arrival at the hotel, I was warmly greeted and necessary check Ins speedily completed. The rooms are great. Good space, a kitchen with all utensils and necessary appliances, ample storage, a very comfortable bed and views of planes taking off and landing( a bonus for me). Breakfast is self service with abuild your own, and even cook your own. Most of the menu items were of the pre cooked reheat variety.This was precovid days, so was quiet interactive. All in all a great stay, friendly staff and convenient little tuck shop for snacks.

Flew in from out of state, shuttle from airport was definitely a bonus! Check in and check out process was simple and easy. Staff were courteous and helpful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Bluetooth Keypad unlock feature was easy and painless. Breakfast was great as well, my overall experience was excellent.

Had a 13 night stay. The room was just above the side sliding doors. Odd numbered rooms on the second floor need to just be eliminated. You can’t sleep with people coming in and out all hours of the night. It rattles the whole room. Overall great experience, but I haven’t slept at all.
