“I thought that the receptionist at the hotel were extremely bad, as mannerisms, all what they care for were chatting to each other during their work, responding to clients or visitors like a burden and not like a client at all. Very disappointed in the reception given, also it was not possible to use the bathroom downstairs at reception while be a visitor waiting for someone or just waiting for a taxi.. The women from asian descent was patronizing and her colleague didn't help either, I would recommend to avoid thinking that you will genuinely be treated like a guess who has right since only those working for the hotel seems to have those rights...05/09/2022 11hr20.”
