“If 0 stars was an option I would’ve definitely chosen that instead! Well where do I start I had a delay with American Airlines they offered a voucher for this hotel but I still got charged 50 bucks when I arrived the gentleman at the reservation was very rude. Had my flight the next morning and I know for a fact that my bag stayed in the room. I boarded my flight I got home and called the hotel to ask about it and they said nothing was found. I have a friend who lives in town and they went to check also but they acted like they didn’t care! Whoever cleaned my room must’ve kept it and I had something very valuable in there!!! I definitely want to know who cleaned the room 405 for my overnight stay literally 4 hours there 10/17/22-10/18/22.
If there’s someone here I could speak to that would be a plus because it seems like their employees don’t really care about their business and the customers.”

“As a diamond member I expected to be welcomed. But I wasn’t. I was told I could grab some water if I wanted to. No snack bags no thank you for being a diamond member. Online it said there was an indoor pool. It’s connected to the outside and the temperature was in the teens so no swimming. The room was clean but outdated. We were told complimentary breakfast and then we were charged. Still waiting for them to reverse the charges. I won’t go back to this hotel.”
