“Minha reserva foi feita pela minha empresa (da Priceline). Como eu ia chegar de manhã, minha empresa fez reserva com 1 dia de antecedência, para que eu tenha espaço desde a manhã. Quando cheguei, me disseram que não havia reserva em meu nome, mas eles podiam ver meu nome em no-show (já que, de acordo com a expectativa do hotel, eu não havia feito o check-in no mesmo dia em que minha reserva estava começando). Depois que o pessoal da minha empresa mencionou que já havia ligado para informar ao hotel que o check-in seria feito na manhã do dia seguinte e, portanto, a reserva não deveria ter sido convertida em não comparência, o pessoal da minha empresa foi questionado sobre com quem eles falaram, e também foi dito 1. não é assim que lidamos com reservas online 2. Estamos completamente reservados para um dos dias da nossa reserva planejada, então agora o mesmo quarto não está disponível, mas um menor pode ser fornecido. E isso também estará disponível depois das 15h (não imediatamente). Como eu queria ir para o escritório, fui em frente com a opção de quarto menor após as 15h. A recepção foi cortês em segurar minha mala até então.Quarto era limpo em geral. O café da manhã tinha opções consideráveis.
