“Drove over 14 hours from Ohio to be greeted with great customer service. There was a snow storm approaching too so they checked me in as quickly as possible. Overall, the hotel was very clean and the front desk people were very friendly which I really appreciated. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Incredible customer service and follow up!!
My husband and son stayed at this Hampton Inn while driving from Chicago to CA. I booked the hotel for them and just received a call letting us know that we had forgotten an important electronic item.
When I checked with my husband (who was still driving... by now in New Mexico) he checked and found his iPad was not there. It had likely fallen out of his bag since he hadn't even used it in the hotel.
Absolutely stellar customer service from Chris (the manager) who tracked us down and plans to have it shipped to us. A HUGE thank you goes to Kenny from housekeeping who located it and provided it to management. A Happy New Year indeed!!”
