“Great stay here at DTG Casino and hotel. It's an older hotel but has been renovated and it's clean and nice. Easy accessibility. Close to the Fremont Street Experience but far enough away to not hear the noise and partying if you head to bed early. Staff is friendly and helpful. One of my biggest pet peeves with hotels is the heat/ac... the ones on the outside wall that sound a lot like a jet engine starting.... Yeah, no worries here, the ac and heat is built into the hotel like at home so you barely hear it when it runs... much easier to deal with for light sleepers.”

“First I will start with the lady at the front desk who checked me in was very nice! The hotel is nice it’s not dated. However we did have some issues that were addressed immediately but still wanted to give an honest review. The guest before us put an unused maxi pad on the vent housekeeping came and removed it quickly and the manager Alex credited us back a resort fee. Pulled back the sheets and there was dry blood on the top sheet very nasty. Once again Alex apologize credited us another resort fee and offered us a new room he also waived the $15 early check in fee. The second room was better not the same view as the first but it was cleaned. The water in the shower is cold barely gets hot. The young lady who was a cashier for the Continental breakfast was extremely rude when asking questions to why I was being charged for breakfast when it came free with my room rate. She was very unprofessional explaining the way it works. The hotel definitely has potential to be a Great hotel especially if housekeeping is more vigilant when cleaning and they do something about the cold water in the shower.”
