“I stayed here for work and my most recent trip had a pretty negative valet experience. I was coming in late around midnight and pulled up my car to valet park (it was dark/not many people around so I prefer this option over walking alone from the self park further away). The valet was visibly irritated by my presence when I asked if I could valet park my car because there were 15 or so other vehicles still waiting outside to park. I understand that must be difficult at the end of a long night but I don’t feel I should be turned away for this reason as a guest. I was encouraged to go to the self park which I ended up doing, but just was not a positive experience after a long evening of travel and walking alone in the dark in a relatively unfamiliar city.”

Eu sou um tipo de pessoa 4 estrelas, muito particular. Não havia mofo ou cheiro de mofo em nosso quarto, banheiro ou janelas. Acredite em mim, verifiquei todos os cantos e recantos do quarto para ver se estava limpo. O quarto realmente cheirava como se tivesse sido desinfetado. Quarto 253 eu acho. A recepcionista era uma pessoa mais jovem e tão gentil que esqueci o nome dela. Não havia música ao vivo quando estávamos lá, embora eu desejasse que fosse, teríamos saído no bar uma das noites. Eles cobram pelo café da manhã, que era estilo buffet básico, ( máquina de waffle, suco, frutas uma escolha de carne e aveia) variava apenas com a carne no dia seguinte. Nós pulou o café-da-manhã, muito caro para o que eles ofereceram,(não feito por encomenda nada). Eles também oferecem biscoitos quentes gratuitos.”
