“Superb location within walking distance to a lot of tourist attractions, fine restaurants and the convention center. The staff are very courteous and always offer prompt service. The rooms are a little dated, in general. That is probably common with a lot of the other downtown hotels that are located in historic buildings.
I had a city view, high floor room, but the windows were extremely unclean, thus completely obscuring the view. The bed was comfortable with fresh, clean linen. A large TV with extended cable, refrigerator, coffee maker, iron, and all other standard room features were available. The bathroom was really tiny, with no counter space around the sink and the toilet being cramped up near a wall.
The gym and pool area are well maintained, and there's a very good restaurant on-site, that also stays open until 10PM. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay for a solo work trip.”
