“Infelizmente, estávamos aqui para um serviço memorial para um grande jovem que havia falecido. A gestão e os funcionários foram excelentes. Praticamente tudo o que os pais pediam ou sobre o que era acomodado. Aliás, os pais eram de fora do estado, portanto, a ajuda fornecida pela Double Tree foi apreciada por todos nós.Quando pedimos para um check-out mais tarde, até mesmo a recepção foi gentil e também ofereceu condolências.Difícil encontrar esse tipo de profissionalismo hoje em todas as facetas de uma organização.”

“The vibe of this place is old, slightly dirty, basic hotel from the early 2000s. Sure they have tons of rooms and some amenities, but the rooms could really use an upgrade and a good deep cleaning. Even the hallways would really benefit from carpet steaming and a fresh coat of paint. That said I slept fine and the price is good so I think the end result is a just your basic hotel. It is neither amazing nor terrible, but somewhere in between.”
