“First time staying at this hotel and my experience was pretty good! I definitely recommend staying here. I did have a couple issues but overall the pros outweighed the cons.
First-The location is in the back of a huge lot next to a best western, kind of hidden but not at the same time. It’s very clean. It doesn’t look anything like you think it would coming from outside. It has an older vibe to it and decor but they do a good job maintaining it. The elevator was probably the fastest one I’ve ever been on. Got us to our floor very quickly. The staff was really nice as well and had a printout of restaurants to check out in Boston or nearby. My only issue was that I booked through booking.com and I pay for all the taxes and fees through them. Once I checked out, my bill was about $40 higher than it should be. I brought this to their attention and after just double checking they refunded me the $40 extra and was no issue. Didn’t fight it at all. Very professional.
Second-The room was pretty nice. Got a double queen and plenty of space for a couple or a family. The beds were really comfortable. One of the best sleeps I’ve had in awhile! The tv was kind of outdated but it’s okay. I don’t travel for the hotel TV. One issue I had was there was a light in the bathroom directly in the middle of where you would stand in the bathroom brushing your teeth etc that was incredibly hot. So hot I had to move to a corner or the side because I was starting to sweat standing under it. But overall the room was nice and I’d stay there again.”
