“My bags were stolen from this hotels valet service. They responded to my negative comment here, but refused to follow through. I lost over $500 of merchandise from parking. Polite staff when they have your money, but they did nothing to make my partner and I feel secure after we filed the report. I have since emailed with Karen, Cristina, and Gisella at AKA hotel and none of them have even provided me with the decency to update me on my claim. I am very disappinted.”
