“It may be a personal thing but the room was a little dark at night for what I like. I like a place that when you turn on the lights it feels bright and cheerful. Maybe lighter color walls or different lighting would have helped. I think it was the lighting. But when morning came, I could open the curtain to a very large window to let plenty of light in. I understand some rooms have a patio and wonderful views of the Charles River, which mine did not. Otherwise the place was fine. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. They had eggs bacon, sausage, home fries, oatmeal, cereals, pastry, fresh fruit and more. Couldn't of done a better job when it came to breakfast. The lobby had a nice big rotating glass door that you can easily get your luggage through. The furnace / air-conditioning worked well. The shower was also wonderful, as it had one of those large square shower heads. The bathroom lighting was spectacular. I saw fine marks, such as sun spots on my face, I never knew I had. The people at the front desk were very helpful. If I needed to stay in the area again, I would return. Pode ser uma coisa pessoal, mas o quarto estava um pouco escuro à noite para o que eu gosto. Eu gosto de um lugar que quando você acende as luzes parece brilhante e alegre. Talvez paredes de cores mais claras ou iluminação diferente teriam ajudado. Acho que foi a iluminação. Mas quando amanheceu, eu poderia abrir a cortina de uma janela muito grande para deixar muita luz entrar. Eu entendo que alguns quartos têm um pátio e uma vista maravilhosa do Rio Charles, que o meu não tinha. Caso contrário, o lugar estava bem. O buffet de café-da-manhã foi maravilhoso. Eles tinham bacon de ovos, salsicha, batatas fritas caseiras, aveia, cereais, pastelaria, frutas frescas e muito mais. Não poderia ter feito um trabalho melhor quando se trata de café da manhã. O lobby tinha uma grande porta giratória de vidro agradável que você pode facilmente passar a sua bagagem. O forno / ar condicionado funcionou bem. O chuveiro também era maravilhoso, pois tinha um daqueles grandes chuveiros quadrados. A iluminação do banheiro era espetacular. Vi marcas finas, como manchas de sol no rosto, que nem sabia que tinha. As pessoas na recepção foram muito úteis. Se eu precisasse ficar na área novamente, eu voltaria.”

“Hotel rooms are okay, bathroom was tiny, no vent, so all the room got very humid after a shower.The hotel grounds very nice.No wifi unless you pay for it.We tried to add a night to our stay just so we didn’t have to move to a different hotel and we were told they couldn’t help us since we had made the reservation through a third party which I thought was super odd.If you want your room to be cleaned and get fresh towels you need to ask for them. Os quartos do hotel são bons, o banheiro era minúsculo, sem ventilação, então todo o quarto ficou muito úmido após o banho. O jardim do hotel muito bom. Sem wifi, a menos que você pague por isso. Tentamos adicionar uma noite à nossa estadia apenas para não precisarmos nos mudar para um hotel diferente e nos disseram que eles não poderiam nos ajudar, pois havíamos feito a reserva por meio de terceiros, o que achei super estranho. Se você quiser que seu quarto seja limpo e receba toalhas limpas, você precisa solicitá-las.”
