Provavelmente o melhor estabelecimento Marriott que eu já fiquei. Os quartos são modernos e confortáveis. Chaise é grande, e provavelmente grande o suficiente para dormir. I foi atualizado uma classe de quarto no check-in. Todos os funcionários com quem interagi foram muito simpáticos. O Marriott Club está aberto 24 horas por dia, 7 dias por semana e oferece café da manhã leve e jantar. A chave do celular não funcionou para mim, mas a recepção também me deu uma chave física.

Probably the best Marriott property I've ever stayed at. The rooms are modern and comfortable. Chaise is great, and probably big enough to sleep on. I was upgraded one class of room at check-in. All the staff I interacted with were very friendly. Marriott club is open 24/7 and has light breakfast and dinner available. Mobile key didn't work for me, but the front desk gave me a physical key as well.

Nós não ficamos em um quarto durante a noite, embora tenhamos participado de uma festa de aniversário realizada em um dos quartos do centro de conferências. Em primeiro lugar, é um ótimo local para fazer uma recepção ou até mesmo um casamento inteiro, principalmente no Grand Ballroom, que é o maior salão deles. A festa de aniversário da qual participamos foi em uma sala menor chamada White Oak. É muito menor, mas tem capacidade para cerca de 300 convidados.A decoração e atmosfera geral era bom, parecia sofisticado e a iluminação fornecida era perfeita.Minhas únicas reclamações seriam a comida e o serviço. A comida é apenas ok, foi muito bonita na apresentação, mas o sabor não foi memorável. Pelo que é e pelo preço por cabeça, imagino que seria um pouco melhor. Eu comi o frango com salada, e acho que talvez o tempero estivesse errado. O serviço foi adequado, embora eu sentisse que há espaço para melhorias no comportamento e nas atitudes dos servidores que trabalham no evento. Perguntei que outras bebidas eles tinham além da água e parecia que nosso servidor não podia acreditar que eu lhes pedi ou pensei que deveria me levantar e descobrir por mim mesmo. Eles me deram uma escolha e serviram para mim, mas só depois de apontarem onde eu deveria comprar bebidas no futuro. Na minha cabeça, estou pensando que servir é exatamente o que um garçom deve fazer, mas acho que eles preferem apenas me deixar saber como me servir. Parecia que era apenas um servidor, então não deveria ser aplicável aos outros, embora fosse algo que ficou na minha mente. Mesmo uma simples saudação e apresentação dos servidores ajudariam muito. Alguns funcionários usavam máscaras, o que era um sinal de boas-vindas.Além disso, eu esperava que houvesse uma maneira de validar as multas de estacionamento ou de alguma forma cobertas pelo anfitrião, embora talvez eu não estivesse ciente da opção para isso. No geral, localização muito agradável para qualquer evento ou convenção, só precisa de um pouco de polimento.

Participamos de um evento no centro de conferências do Bethesda North Marriott. A comida estava muito boa. O serviço foi excelente. A equipe foi muito atenciosa e amigável. As mesas estavam bem espaçadas. O único problema foi a acústica no grande espaço. Era difícil ouvir discursos especialmente sentados no fundo.

Minha primeira vez lá. Se Hospedaram durante a noite para uma conferência ligado ao Anfiteatro. O serviço foi excelente eo quarto era muito confortável e com preços razoáveis. O café da manhã foi DELICIOSO e nosso servidor chamado MERCEDES foi INCRÍVEL!!!! O local do anfiteatro também foi fantástico! Eu realmente gostei da estadia e experiência. Altamente recomendado! 👍🏼

We didn't stay in a room overnight, though we did attend a birthday party held in one of the rooms at the conference center. First of all, it is a great location to have a reception or even a whole wedding, especially in the Grand ballroom, which is their biggest room. The birthday party we attended was in a smaller sized room called the White Oak room. It's much smaller but has the capacity for around 300 guests.The decor and overall atmosphere was nice, it felt upscale and the lighting provided was perfect.My only complaints would be the food and the service. Food is just ok, it was very pretty in presentation but the taste wasn't memorable. For what it is and for the price per head I would imagine it would be a little better. I had the chicken with salad, and I think maybe the seasoning was off. Service was adequate, though I felt there is room for improvement in the demeanor and attitudes of the servers working the event. I asked what other drinks they had other than water and it seemed our server either couldn't believe I asked them or thought that I should get up and find out for myself. They did give me a choice and served it to me, but only after they pointed out where I should be getting drinks in the future. In my head I'm thinking serving is exactly what a server is supposed to do, but I guess they'd rather just let me know how to serve myself. It seemed it was just one server though, so it shouldn't be applicable to the others, though it was something that stuck in my mind. Even a simple greeting and introduction from the servers would go a long way. Some of staff wore masks which was a welcome sign.Additionally, I was hoping there was a way to have the parking tickets validated or somehow covered by the host, though maybe I wasn't made aware of the option for that. Overall, very nice location for any event or convention, just needs a little bit polishing up.

My family and I stayed here for a soccer tournament. The hotel was chosen for us. If given the choice, I would not have picked this particular one. Paid parking, no breakfast, no pool. The facility itself was very nice. I had asked for extra towels on three different occasions, but only received extra hand towels. So for four people, two nights, we had a total of two regular sized towels and a bunch of hand towels. The trash/dirty towels were not picked up daily, so by the time our stay ended, the trash was overflowing. And the vending machines on all 6 floors were empty.

We attended an event at the Conference center of the Bethesda North Marriott. The food was very good. The service was excellent. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Tables were well spaced. The only problem was the acoustics in the large space. It was difficult to hear speeches especially seated in the back.

My first time there. Stayed overnight for a conference connected to the Amphitheater. The Service was Outstanding and the room was very comfortable and reasonably priced. The breakfast was DELICIOUS and our Server named MERCEDES was AMAZING!!!! The Amphitheater venue was Fantastic as well! I truly enjoyed the stay and experience. Highly Recommended!👍🏼

I absolutamente se minha estadia no Marriott, embora foi apenas para uma noite. O quarto era moderno, espaçoso, e você pode sentir o cheiro dos produtos de limpeza quando entramos, o que é uma lufada de ar fresco. O restaurante/bar do hotel é bom. Eu definitivamente recomendo, as bebidas e comida superaram nossas expectativas. Nosso garçom também foi muito bom!O único pequeno problema que tive foi que o pano no banheiro estava molhado quando chegamos, não sei por que ou para que era usado, mas e se tivéssemos chegado mais tarde e estivesse seco? Teríamos usado um pano potencialmente sujo .. Além disso, você está pagando para estacionar em um estacionamento atrás do prédio - não uma garagem.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Marriott, even though it was only for one night. The room was modern, spacious, and you can smell the cleaning products when we walked in which is a breath of fresh air. The restaurant/bar at the hotel is GOOD. I definitely recommend, the drinks and food exceeded our expectations. Our waiter was also very nice! The only slight problem I had was that the washcloth in the bathroom was wet when we arrived, I'm not sure why or what it was used for but what if we had arrived later in the day and it was dry? We would have used a potentially dirty washcloth.. Also, you're paying to park in a parking lot behind the building - not a garage.

Primeiro, deixe-me dizer que fiquei neste hotel para negócios muitas vezes, tanto pré-pandemia quanto pós. É o meu "ir para" nesta área e eu recomendaria definitivamente.Dito isto, deixe-me acrescentar algumas coisas: O hotel em geral é muito sólido, como seria de esperar de um Marriott. Os quartos são novos e bem conservados. Restaurante e bar são muito bons e o acesso ao espaço para conferências ao lado é muito conveniente.O mais importante a mencionar para mim, porém, são as pessoas. De ser recebido como um amigo e sempre um amigável "bom dia" ou "bem-vindo de volta" as pessoas fazem com que este hotel se sinta o mais próximo de um lar longe de casa como se poderia imaginar.

Very nice hotel, clean rooms, good food, great staff.Why 2 Stars?The pandemic is over, it is time to start providing standard room service. At this point it feels like you are taking advantage of your customers (the price sure didn't go down).

First let me say that I've stayed at this hotel for business many times both pre-pandemic as well as post. It is my "go to" in this area and I would definitely recommend it. That said, let me add some stuff: The hotel overall is very solid as you would expect from a Marriott. Rooms are new and well maintained. Restaurant and bar are both quite good and access to the conference space next door is very convenient. Most important to mention for me though are the people. From being greeted like a friend and always a friendly "good morning" or "welcome back" the people make this hotel feel as close to a home away from home as one could imagine.
