While staying there I noticed some damage in the room I was staying in and when brought to the attention of management all they did was accuse me of being intoxicated and causing the damage even though it was within 24 hours of check in that the damage was found. Very disappointed.

Is this the best hotel we've stayed in in Nashville- absolutely not. Is this an excellent value for the price - absolutely. It's an older hotel, and it's due a renovation, and there are things wrong with it, but it's clean. We had a suite that was easily three times larger than most hotel rooms in the Nashville area. The staff was amicable and pleasant to deal with. The breakfast is the standard breakfast that you find—in most of these types of hotels. In my opinion, it's not very impressive. I tend to air on the low-carb side, and there weren't a lot of options for me but there were options. The omelets were those premade omelets that I didn't like but got what I needed. Parking is a challenge. Let me just say it was great for us appreciated the extra room. They had a nice desk that I could work from the one improvement. I would recommend is better lighting around the work area but overall we enjoyed the hotel.

Melinda at the front desk warmly welcomed us and took her time to answer all of our questions. The rooms are very clean and spacious and housekeeping staff was friendly as well. Had a very brief stay but I enjoyed it and I look forward to coming back soon!

The room was very nice. Very clean. Breakfast was meager if you don't like sugar. They charged us for parking when we didn't have a car (and we did tell them we didn't have a car). However, we rang and they refunded it.

For the cost of this room per night it was a major disappointment. The service was subpar, the breakfast, although decent, they did not have trays in the room or in the breakfast area so one could bring items back to their room. That was a first for me. And among many other complaints they didn’t even have a hotel shuttle that could take guests to area restaurants or music row which is really pathetic & cheap, For the price they charge for a room ($400 a night including ridiculous taxes and fees) it was very bad. Although recently retired, I traveled for business often and always stayed at either Embassy Suites or Residence Inn, but not any more. Marriott has gone downhill theses last couple of years and I will be staying exclusively at Hilton properties from now on.

Tuve una estancia maravillosa en este hotel el pasado fin de semana. ¡Diana en la recepción fue súper dulce y muy servicial e informativa! El hotel estaba convenientemente ubicado, incluso tienen un servicio de transporte gratuito que te lleva al centro. También estaba muy limpio y tranquilo por todas partes. Nuestra habitación era más grande de lo que esperaba, lo cual fue una ventaja. ¡El desayuno caliente gratuito era tan bueno! Tenían quiche, sándwiches, frittata, así como los demás elementos clásicos del desayuno; mucho mejor que la mayoría de los desayunos que te dan en los hoteles. En general, tuve una gran experiencia y definitivamente me quedaría aquí de nuevo.

Eu tive uma estadia maravilhosa neste hotel no último fim de semana. Diana na recepção foi super doce e muito útil e informativa!! O hotel foi convenientemente localizado, eles ainda têm um serviço de transporte gratuito que o leva ao centro. Também foi muito limpo e tranquilo ao redor. Nosso quarto era maior do que eu esperava, o que foi uma vantagem. O pequeno-almoço quente gratuito era tão bom! Eles tinham quiche, sanduíches, frittata, bem como os outros itens clássicos do café da manhã; muito melhor do que a maioria dos pequenos-almoços dos hotéis. No geral, tive uma ótima experiência e com certeza gostaria de ficar aqui novamente!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel last weekend. Diana at the front desk was super sweet and very helpful and informative!! The hotel was conveniently located, they even have a free shuttle that takes you downtown. It was also very clean and quiet all around. Our room was bigger than I expected which was a plus. The free hot breakfast was so good! They had quiche, sandwiches, frittata, as well as the other classic breakfast items; much better than most breakfast you get at hotels. Overall I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

Close to downtown and Vanderbilt university. The people that work there were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice and spacious with nice kitchenettes. Breakfast in the morning was very good

First off, we could not express how thankful we are for Diana. From the moment we walked into the hotel, she was smiling and willing to help us with every request we had. She was so sweet and gave so many recommendations for our visit to Nashville. She gave us places to eat, things to seen and the best room to rest after the fun. Thank you Diana so so much! You made our experience wonderful. 🥰 Secondly, the breakfast and room were pleasant and enjoyable. We slept peacefully and with an awesome view. If we are ever back in Nashville, we will definitely come back to stay here!

Acabei de terminar uma semana de estadia aqui e não poderia dar nada menos que cinco estrelas. A equipe está além de acomodar e os quartos são agradáveis e espaçosos. Eles ainda têm transporte para levá-lo de e para o centro nos fins de semana.A única coisa que eu sugiro é investir em novos sofás-cama ou apenas colchões de espuma de memória simples para colocar em cima dos sofás-cama, pois são um pouco desconfortáveis.No geral, obrigado pela ótima estadia!

The rooms were hot both nights. The night manager on the first night said there was nothing he could do because the owners wanted to save money on electricity. I asked for portable fans and he said they had none. 700 for two nights just to sweat all night and wake up with blaring headaches. Needless to say, I will be pursuing this matter with corporate. As a long time, Marriott customer, I would say don’t stay here. Their desire to save money means you’ll still get charged the same if not more than local hotels, get less water out of the showerhead, get barely any lights in the room and will have to melt in a hot room because they want to cut their energy bill. If you’re used to sleeping in temperatures below 72 degrees don’t stay here. Supposedly the manager spoke with the engineer who said the temperature was set to 68 degrees there is no way for me to verify this, but what I do know is that we sleep in 68 degrees every night at home and are never hot. My husband and kids are all hot. My husband is also physically sweating.

Worst experience at a hotel. I am a platinum member with Marriott and have been staying in hotels for months on end. This by far is the worst hotel I ever have stayed at, from checking in with no details on house keeping schedule to the Hotel workers blatantly ignoring questions. Including why WiFi doesn’t work for multiple nights and instead Suggesting calling an 800 number late at night. Specifically Jeff was outrageously rude when asking question. He did not want to help and bluntly told me he did not care. I was very offended by his tone, even said I have never had anyone talk to me this way at a hotel. I am staying here for months for work and am planning on having my work switch hotels due to the unprofessional staff. They clearly don’t care for their guest stay and are blatantly rude. Do not recommend staying at all.

I just finished a week long stay here and I could not give anything less than five stars. The staff are beyond accommodating and the rooms are nice and spacious. They even have shuttle to take you to and from downtown on the weekends. The only thing I would suggest is investing in either new pull-out sofa beds or just simple memory foam mattresses to put on top of the sofa beds as they are a little uncomfortable. Overall, thank you for the great stay!

A equipe é INCRÍVEL !! Jeff e Blaken são os mais profissionais e amigáveis! A forma como trabalham na recepção é impressionante. Eles são eficientes e "TUDO Sabendo" !!! Minha estada tem sido ótima por causa deles! A localização é conveniente, pois há um Whole Foods, a dois (2) quarteirões de distância. Vale a pena visitar o restaurante Row. Excelente localização e propriedade muito bem cuidada com vista desafogada. Tive que pagar uma taxa adicional para estacionamento que não era esperado. O manobrista teve dificuldade em atender ao grande número de convidados devido ao jogo de futebol UT vs Purdue. Seria bom se preparar para esses eventos no futuro.Equipes de funcionários muito agradáveis e amáveis.

Great location and very well-kept property with nice view. Had to pay additional fee for parking which was not expected. Valet had a hard time keeping with high number of guests due to UT vs Purdue football game. It would be nice to prepare for such events in future.Very nice and kind staffs.

The staff is AMAZING!!Jeff and Blaken are the the most professional and friendliest!The way they work the front desk is impressive.They are efficient and "ALL Knowing"!!! My stays have been great because of them!Location is convenient as there is a Whole Foods,two (2) blocks away.The Row restaurant is worth visiting.Picture of our food included.Hotel rooms are roomy and clean.

Location worked great for us, as we were just stopping for the evening/night on a road trip. We were close enough to restaurants with love music that we easily walked from the hotel (it was 30° and I had a 2month old with me). Parking garage for $26/night, easily access from main building. Extremely comfortable bed.
