“Não posso dizer que tive o melhor tempo no hotel. Um problema é que eu tive que pagar um extra de $ 100 e isso não estava no meu bilhete. Embora eu entenda que vou receber isso de volta, desde que não danifique nada ou use muito o estacionamento, teria sido melhor se esse dinheiro fosse mostrado para mim desde o início, parece meio enganoso. Problema número dois quando eu estava para aspirar meu carro e sair do hotel para cuidar de uma tarefa Eu não gostei que a segurança do estacionamento estava me observando como se eu entendesse que seu trabalho é ser um guarda de segurança, mas bondade. Eu não sei a senhora se sentiu ameaçada (e eu nunca falei com ela por sinal) porque então outro segurança entrou e tudo o que ele me disse foi que a senhora era o segurança do estacionamento e eu estou bem. Qual era o sentido de tudo isso? Definitivamente me fez sentir desconfortável. Problema número três, o cartão que usei para passar pelo portão e sair do estacionamento não estava funcionando, então tive que voltar para dentro e pegar um novo cartão para poder passar. Problema número 4 e mesmo que isso não tenha acontecido comigo, ouvi alguém falar com uma senhora na recepção dizendo a ela que havia pessoas presas no elevador. Problema número 5 eles me cobraram a mais pela parte do estacionamento. Eu só usei o estacionamento por uma noite e eles me cobraram por duas noites. A única coisa boa no hotel era o quarto e a cama. No geral, já estive em hotéis melhores com preços melhores. O dinheiro que gastei nos 2 dias que passei neste hotel simplesmente não parecia valer a pena. Eu realmente acho que eles precisam intensificar seu jogo e fazer melhor.”
