Eu estava recentemente hospedado neste hotel esta semana e a Sra. Kay é uma pessoa maravilhosa que valoriza seus clientes. Tenho dois animais de estimação e pedi para ficar perto da porta de saída. Que eu era, mas no quarto da porta de saída meus animais de estimação teriam que subir e eles não vão. Então, solicitei um quarto na outra extremidade e, por sorte, o quarto estava disponível. Ms. Kay se certificou de que o quarto foi limpo cedo para que pudéssemos trocar de quarto. Eu realmente apreciei o esforço por parte da Sra. Kay para garantir que nossa estadia fosse agradável e perfeita! Eu certamente recomendo este hotel que também fica perto de muitos restaurantes, shoppings e principais atrações. Country Inn Suites deve ser uma honra ter a Sra. Kay e obrigado, foi muito apreciado!

I was recently staying at this hotel this week and Ms. Kay is a wonderful person who values her customers. I have two pets and I requested to be near the exit door. Which I was but the room by the exit door my pets would have to go upstairs and they will not. So I requested a room at the other end and by luck the room was coming up available. Ms. Kay made sure that the room was cleaned early so we could switch rooms. I really appreciated the effort on the part of Ms. Kay to ensure our stay was pleasant and seamless! I certainly would highly recommend this hotel which is also near many restaurants, malls, and major attractions. Country Inn Suites should be honor to have Ms. Kay and thank you it was greatly appreciated!

Absolutamente maravilhoso!!! Todas as pessoas que conhecemos na recepção foram muito agradáveis e prestativos. Mais importante..este hotel foi de longe o mais limpo que eu já fiquei, foi perfeito!!! O refrigerador e forno foram "impecáveis"... O banheiro que é o mais importante para mim, novamente, completamente impecáveis para um T & eles dão muito toalhas. As camas eram perfeitamente feitas e muito confortáveis. Tivemos a suíte queen & amamos. Meu filho teve uma explosão com o quarto extra..lol. Nós nos divertimos tanto em MD, adicionamos mais uma noite!! Eu recomendo este hotel em particular e mal posso esperar até voltarmos no outono.

¡¡¡Absolutamente maravilloso!!! Todas las personas que conocimos en la recepción fueron muy agradables y serviciales. Lo más importante... este hotel fue, con mucho, el más limpio en el que me he alojado, ¡fue perfecto! El refrigerador y el microondas estaban "impecables" ... El baño, que es lo más importante para mí, nuevamente, completamente impecable y te dan muchas toallas. Las camas estaban perfectamente hechas y muy cómodas. Tuvimos la suite queen y nos encantó. Mi hijo se divirtió mucho con la habitación extra ... jajaja. ¡Lo pasamos tan bien en MD que agregamos otra noche! Recomiendo encarecidamente este hotel en particular y no puedo esperar hasta que volvamos en otoño.

Absolutely wonderful!!! All the people we met at the front desk were very pleasant & helpful. Most important..this hotel was by far the cleanest I've ever stayed in, it was perfect!!! The refrigerator & microwave were "spotless"... The bathroom which is the most important to me, again, completely spotless to a T & they give you lots of towels. The beds were perfectly made and very comfortable. We had the queen suite & loved it. My kid had a blast with the extra room..lol. We had such a good time in MD, we added another night!! I highly recommend this particular hotel and I cannot wait until we come back in the fall.

Minha esposa e eu ficamos por um fim de semana prolongado e tivemos uma estadia muito agradável. Fomos recebidos calorosamente e o quarto estava pronto quando chegamos por volta das 17h. Eles tinham biscoitos quentes ainda disponíveis - yum. O nosso quarto era perfeito; muito limpo e era evidente que o hotel tinha sido recentemente renovado. Tivemos um chuveiro walk-in com portas de vidro e cerca de um passo de 2 "para entrar. Foi apenas para a direita e tinha a mais luxuosa combinação de chuveiro de chuva / chuveiro de mão. Por causa das portas de vidro, nenhuma água derramada sobre o chão do banheiro.O café da manhã era simples e bom. A jovem a executar a área de café-da-manhã foi eficiente e amigável. A localização do hotel é conveniente para todas as estradas locais (vivi em Annapolis por 30 anos, então conheça as estradas.) Há um semáforo na Housely para entrar na Defense Highway. De lá, é fácil entrar em Annapolis, ou na US50 para leste ou oeste. Eu recomendaria o Country Inn Annapolis para qualquer um. Compare meu comentário com o Hampton Inn nas proximidades da Riva Road, que é um deve evitar.

My wife and I stayed for a long weekend and had a very pleasant stay. We were greeted warmly and the room was ready when we arrived about 5 pm. They had warm cookies still available - yum. Our room was perfect; very clean and it was evident that the hotel had been recently renovated. We had a walk-in shower with glass doors and about a 2" stepover to get in. It was just right and had the most luxurious rain head/hand shower combo. Because of the glass doors, no water spilled over the bathroom floor. The breakfast was simple and good. The young lady running the breakfast area was efficient and friendly. The hotel location is convenient to all the local roads (I lived in Annapolis for 30 years, so know the roads.) There is a traffic light at Housely to get onto Defense Highway. From there, it is easy to get into Annapolis, or onto US50 to go east or west. I would gladly recommend Country Inn Annapolis to any one. Compare my review to the nearby Hampton Inn off Riva Road, which is a Must Avoid.

Esta é uma avaliação real do cliente. Não fui compensado por isso.O quarto era espaçoso e limpo. O bar do café da manhã foi o melhor que vi nos últimos anos. A grande maioria das instalações eram limpas e bem abastecidas.O único problema foi o banheiro feminino do primeiro andar imundo (térreo). Além disso, as calçadas são um pouco difíceis de localizar na primeira vez. Uma placa ao lado das calçadas teria sido útil.Obrigado por uma estadia muito agradável!!! Nós vamos voltar.

Esta es una revisión real de un cliente. No me compensaron por ello.La habitación era espaciosa y limpia. La barra de desayuno fue la mejor que he visto en los últimos años. La gran mayoría de las instalaciones estaban limpias y bien abastecidas.El único problema era el sucio baño de damas del primer piso (planta baja). Además, los caminos de entrada son un poco difíciles de ubicar la primera vez. Una señal justo al lado de las entradas habría sido útil.Gracias por una estancia muy agradable!!! Volveremos.

This is an actual customer review. I was not compensated for it. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast bar was the best I’ve seen in recent years. The vast majority of the facilities were clean and well stocked. The only issue was the filthy first floor (ground floor) ladies bathroom. In addition the driveways are a little hard to locate the first time. A sign right by the driveways would have been helpful. Thank you for a very pleasant stay!!! We will return.

Esta é uma pergunta difícil para mim. Eu queria dar 4 estrelas porque as pessoas eram muito amigáveis e, em geral, é um bom hotel em uma boa localização. O problema era com o meu chuveiro. Eu tinha uma suíte, então poderia ser diferente nos outros quartos, mas você pode ver na foto que alguém decidiu que seria uma boa ideia ter um chuveiro sem dique para impedir que a água vazasse, o que é exatamente o que aconteceu. Tirei uma foto do tapete perto da porta do banheiro e você pode ver que foi afetado pelo vazamento de água. Isso me faz pensar que pode haver mofo lá embaixo, o que não é uma coisa boa. Além disso, o chuveiro em si era estranho. É bom que haja uma cabeça removível, mas não está claro como ligar a maldita coisa! Você realmente tem que empurrar para dentro e para baixo na alavanca principal, e está rotulada para trás, então quente é na verdade frio. Para resolver o problema da água fiz uma represa com todas as toalhas que me deixaram, e assim no meu segundo banho não tive problema de vazamento. Também no banheiro, é bem grande para um banheiro de hotel, mas há muito pouco espaço no balcão para todos os apetrechos típicos de um hotel. Nenhuma borda no chuveiro para colocar o sabonete ou uma navalha, e nenhum toalheiro perto do chuveiro. O controle remoto da TV não funcionou no quarto da suíte, e nenhum dos dois controles remotos parecia ir com as TVs. Os canais pareciam digitais (61,1), mas o controle remoto não tinha botão para o ponto. Então eu digito 61, então empurro o canal para cima e vai para 61.1. A TV na academia tinha uma programação de canais diferente da que está na sala, o que também é estranho. Do lado positivo, o café da manhã foi ótimo, eles têm uma varanda com cadeiras de balanço e, como eu disse, as pessoas eram muito amigáveis. Está em uma ótima localização com muito o que fazer nas proximidades, e há um tapete rapidinho e um supermercado a uma curta distância.

Reservei isso fora do telefone. Chegou após 8 horas de carro. Check-in fácil por funcionários simpáticos. Eles oferecem um cookie no check-in que é um toque agradável. Havia café fornecido à direita na recepção e a equipe que trabalhava na recepção sempre tinha um sorriso. O café é a minha vida, então isso foi um biggee. Quarto estava impecável e bem feito. Muitas toalhas fornecidas. Café-da-manhã com pratos quentes foi inesperado, mas apreciado. Eu gosto deste local. O lote estava cheio às vezes, mas não tive problemas para encontrar um local conveniente. O lobby tem uma área de estar que era muito caseira. Por mais ocupado que estivesse, estava estranhamente quieto. Eu fico em muitos hotéis e este tinha um certo charme. Estarei em Annapolis de forma intermitente nos próximos 6 meses para negócios e decidi fazer deste meu acampamento base.

Reservé esto fuera del teléfono. Llegué después de 8 horas de viaje. Fácil registro por parte de un personal amable. Ofrecen una galleta en el registro que es un buen toque. Había café justo al lado de la recepción y el personal que trabajaba en el escritorio siempre tenía una sonrisa. El café es mi vida, así que eso fue un gran problema. La habitación estaba impecable y bien hecha. Un montón de toallas proporcionadas. El desayuno caliente fue inesperado pero apreciado. Me gusta esta ubicación. El lote estaba lleno a veces, pero no tuve problemas para encontrar un lugar conveniente. El vestíbulo tiene una sala de estar que era muy hogareña. Tan ocupado como estaba, estaba extrañamente tranquilo. Me alojo en muchos hoteles y este tenía cierto encanto. Me quedaré en Annapolis de manera intermitente durante los próximos 6 meses por negocios y he decidido hacer de este mi campamento base.

This is a tough one for me.I wanted to give 4 stars because the people were very friendly and it is overall a nice hotel in a good location. The problem was with my shower.I had a suite so it could be different in the other rooms, but you can see in the picture that someone decided it would be a good idea to have a walk in shower with no levee to hold back the water from seeping out, which is exactly what happened.I took a picture of the carpet near the bathroom door and you can see it's been affected by leaking water.That makes me think there could be mold under there, which is not a good thing. Also, the shower itself was weird. It's nice that there is a removable head, but it's not clear how to turn the dang thing on!You actually have to push in and down on the main lever, and it's labeled backwards, so hot is actually cold.To solve the water problem I made a dam with all the towels they left me, and so for my second shower I didn't have a leaking issue. Also in the bathroom, it's pretty big for a hotel bathroom, but there's very little counter space for all the accoutrement typical bright to a hotel.No ledge in the shower to put the soap or a razor on, and no towel rack close to the shower. The TV remote didn't work in the bedroom of the suite, and neither of the two remotes seemed to go with the tvs. The channels seemed digital (61.1) but the remote didn't have a button for the dot. So I type in 61, then push channel up and it goes to 61.1. The TV in the gym had a different channel lineup than what is in the room, which is also weird. On the plus side, breakfast was great, they have a porch with rocking chairs, and like I said, the people were very friendly. It's in a great location with plenty to do nearby, and there's a quickie mat and a grocery store within walking distance.

Booked this off phone. Arrived after 8 hour drive. Easy check in by friendly staff. They offer a cookie at check in which is a nice touch. There was coffee provided right by the front desk and the staff working the desk always had a smile. Coffee is my life so that was a biggee. Room was spotless and well done. Plenty of towels provided. Hot breakfast was unexpected but appreciated. I like this location. The lot was full at times but I had no trouble finding a convenient spot. The lobby has a sitting area which was very homey. As busy as it was it was strangely quiet. I stay at a lot of hotels and this one had a certain charm. I will be staying in Annapolis intermittently over the next 6 months for business and have decided to make this my base camp.
