“I'm still a resident at the hotel and I'm Not happy at all. Since I arrived... First, no hot water, the safe not working, then hours of unbelievable disturbance from your maintaince, I come to my room not cleaned, asked for towels at LEAST and waited for 1.5 hours that I had to go down to reception and ask for them myself and STILL I didn't get any so I found a guy in the corridors and took towels from him. How is this a 5 star service?? I'm so disappointed.”

“Quite and classy .. the location is the best thing about it .. the room is not that big .. just enough for the bed and a seat. Breakfast is decent, and the wide variety of different foods helps a lot. The hotel, however, in my opinion, is more expensive than it should.”
