Este foi muito nice Hyatt localização. Muito sofisticado em tudo estética e a equipe foi super profissional. Eu só fiquei uma noite, mas gostava de café da manhã no dia seguinte, que era local ou americano. Optei por local, que estava delicioso. Meu quarto era bom, com acabamentos modernos, mas elegantes por toda parte. Chuveiro tinha vidro auto-frost e foi envolto no meio da sala. Para uma estadia rápida, definitivamente recomendo. Localização é tal que você vai suportar muito tráfego onde quer que você esteja indo em Shenzhen.

Este Grand Hyatt possui tetos altos no saguão e design contemporâneo / alto padrão. O salão tem uma vista inacreditável da cidade.O primeiro andar tem lojas de luxo e há muitas dessas lojas. Havia um quiosque Louis 13 Cognac naquele dia e a mulher que trabalhava lá era super doce.A mulher que me ajudou na recepção também foi muito bom e tinha uma personalidade incrível.O restaurante tem boa dim sum ea selecção de café-da-manhã é enorme. Eu tenho uma sala privada para um pouco de comida chinesa, que era de alta qualidade.Quartos, ginásio e instalações são todos agradáveis.A única queixa é o sistema de elevador é confuso, você tem que tomar um elevador para chegar à recepção. Então outro para chegar ao seu quarto. Um pouco demorado.Geral podem recomendaria este hotel!

This Grand Hyatt has high ceilings in the lobby and contemporary/ upscale design. The lounge has an unbelievable view of the city.The first floor has luxury shopping and there are plenty of such stores. There was a Louis 13 Cognac kiosk that day and the woman working there was super sweet.The woman that helped me at the front desk was also really nice and had an amazing personality.The restaurant has good dim sum and the breakfast selection is huge. I got a private room for some Chinese food, which was high quality.Rooms, gym, and facilities are all nice.Only complaint is the elevator system is confusing, you have to take 1 elevator to get to the front desk. Then another to get to your room. A bit time consuming.Overall can recommend this hotel!

4.5 stars. Very nice and modern rooms with a touch of luxury even in the ordinary rooms. Some fancy details like Japanese toilet and transparent shower wall turning opaque. Helpful service. The elevator system is slightly confusing forcing you to go up before going down. Good breakfast restaurant with stunning views, although the selection could be better for premium class. Would use again.

For staying over and meeting with clients this hotel offers great facilities. Staff are polite and very helpful. Rooms are very well appointed and have a great mini bar selection. Food is incredible and the selection is amazing. I recommend this hotel for any business man who means business and wants to set an impression.

Built when the sky lobby concept was in fashion. Need to be a little patient as it will take multiple elevators to get to when you need to go. Very disappointing if you are staying at a low floor as you will need to take an elevator up to the 33rd floor lobby level and then another one down to your room.

Food was good but the Tenderlion was a Sirlion steak. Also reservation on the website says fully booked but on arrival we where the only guests. A missed change to fill the restaurant with customers. Inprove your reservation system because everybody thinks that the place is fully reserved

Esta fue una muy buena ubicación de Hyatt. Muy elegante en todo lo estético y el personal fue super profesional. Sólo me alojé una noche, pero disfruté el desayuno al día siguiente, que era local o estadounidense. Yo opté por local, que estaba delicioso. Mi habitación era bonita, con acabados modernos pero elegantes. La ducha tenía vidrio de escarcha automática y estaba encerrada en el centro de la habitación. Para una estancia rápida, definitivamente lo recomiendo. La ubicación es tal que soportará mucho tráfico donde quiera que vaya en Shenzhen.

1st class hotel set in the middle of Shenzhen. Bedrooms are superb with an unusual room layout with the bath and shower in the middle of the room surrounding by glass.The 1881 restaurant is also top notch and worth experiencing.The layout of the lifts is a little unusual as the reception is on the 31st floor. So you have to go up 1st to reception in one set of lifts, then use another set to go down to the rooms. Penthouse bar is also worth a visit just watch out for ... let's say working girls following you to the lifts!!

This was a very nice Hyatt location. Very upscale in everything aesthetic and staff was super professional. I only stayed one night but did enjoy breakfast the next day which was local or American. I opted for local, which was delicious. My room was nice, with modern but classy finishes throughout. Shower had auto-frost glass and was encased in the middle of the room. For a quick stay, definitely recommend. Location is such that you'll endure much traffic wherever you're going to in Shenzhen.

This hotel is very nice, its located next to a big shopping mall, and in here staffs are friendly and hotel design is modern.And here also include a couple of nice restaurants. The decor of the room is cool, most of the room with excellent view of Shenzhen.And their lobby located on 33/F so the view even better. However, the room is noisy during afternoon, as its facing the busy street.And the HDMI port is not working in my room
