A large casino year-round outdoor pool live entertainment and four restaurants give our guests the amenities they seek in one beautiful location at Harveys Lake Tahoe. “The hotel room was clean and staff were helpful enough. Maybe it was just the off-season or staff shortages, but not being able to order room service or have a great way to redeem rewards points without walking next door was pretty rough. I went as part of a charter group with Caesar's rewards. I was working some of the time, so it wasn't possible to walk next door for breakfast. I did enjoy the American River Cafe. Otherwise, this was a pretty bare-bones experience and while the price was right, it wasn't worth all of the travel.”

“I purchased two rooms from this hotel for multiple nights and one of the rooms had blood stains on the sheets.
I went to the front desk to report this, and the front desk agent couldn’t have cared less. They offered to move me rooms or change the sheets.
I personally was extremely disturbed by this. I didn’t expect any issues with the sheets so I didn’t pull everything off and inspect before I went to sleep by morning time I was getting out bed and found huge blood splotches on the sheets that was absolutely not from me.
They don’t care, I would have expected a discount or something considering how they put me in a room with dirty sheets someone else slept in. I’m super upset and they didn’t care they just said oh wow I’m sorry I’ll get them changed.
That’s not good enough I spent a lot money and I expect them to make it right. Changing the sheets and a fake I’m sorry from front desk isn’t a solution. If you guys make a mistake like leaving blood stained sheets in a room I expect a refund of something.
BEWARE they don’t clean rooms well and they don’t make it right.”
