Foi o hotel do nosso casamento e foi tudo perfeito. Vários familiares e amigos ficaram e todos foram muito bem tratados. As instalações são contemporâneas, ótimas, e os quartos do hotel também são de qualidade, confortáveis, novos e bonitos. Eles atenderam facilmente a solicitações especiais de que um membro da família precisava. Magníficas vistas sobre o campo de golfe e as colinas de Alcalá.

Fue el hotel de nuestra boda y estuvo todo perfecto. Se alojaron varios familiares y amigos y a todo el mundo les trataron muy bien. Las instalaciones son contemporáneas, estupendas, y las habitaciones del hotel también son de calidad, cómodas, nuevas y bonitas. Se adaptaron sin problemas a peticiones especiales que necesitaba un familiar. Magníficas vistas al campo de golf y a los cerros de Alcalá.

Tudo excelente, exceto a cama... Os colchões não eram confortáveis, as laterais eram duras como uma pedra e no centro você afundava. É uma pena que eles não cuidem desse detalhe, porque se não fosse por esse motivo repetiríamos novamente.

Was really looking forward to golfing at Encin Golf but it was a huge disappointment. The woman in the reception treated us like dirt,Totally zero service, wanted to rent a buggy but not possible they told even thou we arrived two hours early. Later I saw 4 buggy's standing charging plus another 4 that was not charging - they needed to be charged I was informed...so on a Sunday they don't even prepare buggy's. an hour later I saw that another golfer got a buggy so I asked him and he told yes he just got it without any problem. But of course he is Spanish so that might be the reason.The course: Unbelievable bad condition - Only thing on the course that was decent to good was the greens but 4 of them had big areas without any grass.I don't think there was one fairway that was good, same with the Tees. This course have loads of bunkers, and we did not find one bunker in good condition, most was rock hard. Also the price is way too high for what you get. A third thing all machines (3) where you buy something to drink was not functioning but they didn't bother to put up a sign even and because of that people was trying over and over to buy drinks and wasting time.Never again. Estava realmente ansioso para jogar golfe no Encin Golf, mas foi uma grande decepção. A recepcionista nos tratou como lixo, atendimento totalmente zero, queria alugar um buggy mas não foi possível falaram até para você que chegamos duas horas antes. Mais tarde, vi 4 buggy's parados carregando mais outros 4 que não estavam carregando - eles precisavam ser carregados, fui informado. uma hora depois, vi que outro jogador de golfe tinha um buggy, então perguntei a ele e ele disse que sim, ele conseguiu sem nenhum problema. Mas é claro que ele é espanhol, então esse pode ser o motivo.O campo: Mau estado inacreditável - A única coisa no campo que era decente a bom eram os greens, mas 4 deles tinham grandes áreas sem grama. Acho que não havia um fairway que fosse bom, o mesmo com os Tees. Este curso tem muitos bunkers, e não encontramos nenhum em boas condições, a maioria era dura como pedra. Além disso, o preço é muito alto para o que você recebe. Uma terceira coisa todas as máquinas (3) onde você compra algo para beber não estava funcionando, mas eles não se preocuparam em colocar uma placa mesmo e por causa disso as pessoas estavam tentando repetidamente comprar bebidas e perdendo tempo.Nunca mais.

Todo excelente, excepto por la cama..... Los colchones no eran confortables, los laterales estaban duros como una piedra y en el centro te hundías. Es una lástima que no cuiden este detalle, por qué si no fuese por este motivo volveríamos a repetir.

Um campo muito interessante, com poucas árvores, fairways bem planeados com uma multidão de banqueiros (como o buraco 2 com 18 a defender o campo) e com greens geralmente muito grandes (40m, 59m ou 64m são alguns exemplos) e com muita movimento (várias plataformas e níveis) que tornam o trabalho muito complicado. As instalações de prática são muito boas, com um amplo campo em dois níveis facilmente acessíveis por carrinho e vários greens para praticar jogo curto e putting. O clubhouse é espaçoso e o bar/restaurante é bem abastecido. Recomendável

Un campo muy interesante, con poco arbolado, calles bien pensadas con multitud de bankers (como el hoyo 2 con 18 defendiendo el recorrido) y con greenes en general muy grandes (40m, 59m o 64m son algunos ejemplos) y con mucho movimiento (varias plataformas y niveles) que hacen que el trabajo en ellos sea muy complicado. Las instalaciones de prácticas son muy buenas con una cancha amplia en dos niveles a los que se puede acceder fácilmente con el carro, y varios greenes en los que practicar el juego corto y los pateos. La casa club es amplia y el bar/restaurante está bien surtido. Recomendable

Campo tranquilo y bien cuidado. Amplia zona de prácticas y buena escuela. La cafetería también es muy agradable, sobre todo por sus vistas al caer la tarde.

Clubhouse:
Very well received upon arriving. First time playing this course and even without the RFEG it’s a 45€ green fee. Only complaint I have is the lack of food options. Restaurant didn’t open until 13:00 and no fruit, sandwiches or anything to purchase if you have an early start. So make sure to bring snacks!
Course:
The course is in good condition for being so early in the year. A long walk, was very tired after 4,5 hours on the course. Very challenging with a lot of water and bunkers in play on almost every hole. Beautiful views in one direction. Even the course being surrounded by a highway and railway, the sound is really no problem!
Tee’s:
From Red-Black, well trimmed and good placements.
Fairways:
Very well taken care of and I can see how it’s going to be very nice and more trimmed when the season allows.
Greens:
A lot of undulation. Almost every green is on some kind of plateau. You have to place the ball well on the green for it to not roll off.

Disappointing. Hotel is very nice. Bedrooms big & spacious. Food not bad. Staff friendly. Sleeping is another matter. I understand you'll get noise from other guest but from about 4am onwards you get random banging possibly from a staff member doing god knows what.

Terrible fairways. We had booked for two days, but left first thing in the morning. They should have warned us. This was worse than early spring in Norway. Hopefully it will get better there, but when you get a booking for two days, you should warn the customer about the horrible conditions.

Nice hotel, lovely staff, shame re breakfast
Staff pleasant and accommodating,. Made way to restaurant in evening to find only bar menu available. Restricted bar menu as sold out of most things. Encin burger(veal) worth a try very nice. Breakfast overpriced. Buffet service Bacon and scrambled egg (unappealing), limp cold meats, sparse selection of fruit and cereal. No one appeared to replenish buffet trays and we were early. Don't book breakfast with stay not worth it. Nice pool with sun beds on first floor but could not see a disabled access. Great views over golf course and bar prices reasonable. Stopped here on route to Santander Port.
