I would of rated this hotel a 5 star unfortunately I was alerted my last day here my data had leaked. I had to stop my cards that were attached to my account. I immediately called the help desk and breach was confirmed. Michelle the GM was Great! However the help desk was horrible they offered no resolution! Investigation was launched but it won’t be till Monday until that is resolved! No cards = inability to secure a new room anywhere plus all of my info is now breached cards, license etc. Obviously shady people work in this place and honestly the fact I was here 7 days 6 nights and am in this position as a result of them and they offer no resolution is both offensive and nauseating! I spent $133 - $180 a night while I was here, became a victim of identity theft and am screwed is unbelievable!!

Hideous stay. Room was damp, smelled like cigarette smoke, and AC barely worked. Worst comfort inn I’ve ever seen. It was bad enough that I’ll never visit another comfort inn. Nasty.

Não fique aqui na véspera de Ano Novo, eles o rejeitarão, mesmo que você tome uma bebida. O bar favorito de mim e do meu namorado fica do outro lado da rua, então queríamos ter uma noite de encontro para jantar, ir ao nosso bar favorito e passar a noite em um hotel. Nós fomos os responsáveis, pegamos um lyft em todos os lugares, mas assim que aparecemos para fazer o check-in, o cara da recepção nos virou. Eu entendo que se estivéssemos causando uma cena, então sim, por todos os meios, nos expulse. Eu entenderei perder meu dinheiro por isso, mas não o fizemos. O máximo que meu namorado fez foi deitar a cabeça nos meus ombros. É véspera de Ano Novo que é o ponto de ficar em um hotel, estávamos cansados e só queríamos dormir. Toda vez que eu ligava para tentar obter um reembolso, as pessoas da recepção riam e diziam que estávamos apenas bêbados e desligavam o telefone na nossa cara. Se você precisar de um lugar para ficar depois de algumas bebidas, não fique aqui. Eles são extremamente rudes e pouco profissionais, se você tentar pedir um gerente, eles desligarão na sua cara.

Do not stay here on New Year’s Eve they will turn you away even if you have one drink. Me and my boyfriends favorite bar is across the street so we wanted to have a date night have dinner, go to our favorite bar and stay at a hotel for the night. We were responsible we took a lyft everywhere, but as soon as we showed up to check in the front desk guy turned us away. I understand if we were causing a scene then yes by all means kick us out I will understand loosing my money for that but we did not. The most my boyfriend did was lay his head on my shoulders. It’s New Year’s Eve that’s the whole point in staying in a hotel, we were tired and just wanted to go to sleep. Every time I called to try and get a refund the front desk people would laugh and say we were just drunks and hangup the phone on us. If you need somewhere to stay after a few drinks do not stay here. They are extremely rude and unprofessional if you try and ask for a manager they will hangup on you.

Este é um ótimo hotel para ficar. O gerente estava certo na minha reclamação de que o AC não estava funcionando. O cara da manutenção apareceu em 10 minutos e me mudou para outro quarto que eu gosto ainda melhor do que aquele em que eu estava. Desta vez, consegui uma vista para a piscina. As donas de casa são fenomenais, elas farão o que puderem para tornar a sua estadia mais confortável no seu quarto, desde toalhas extras, papel higiênico, você o nomeia, elas farão isso por você, então há o café da manhã continental ótimo para espalhar a senhora que trabalha lá cuidando do café da manhã ela é a mulher doce Eu realmente gostei da minha estadia aqui Eu Comfort Inn e voltarei novamente definitivamente em um futuro próximo continuem o bom trabalho vocês merecem o reconhecimento de seus serviços notáveis obrigado

I didn't eat the breakfast. I Left before it was served. The jacuzzi was nice and the front desk personnel was very friendly. Conveniently located by a variety of restaurants and a 24 hour supermarket (Winco). Plus a Walmart is right down the street.

This is a great hotel to stay at. The manager was right on my complaint that the AC wasn't working. The maintenance guy showed up within 10 minutes and move me into another room that I like even better than the one I was in I got a poolside view this time. The housekeepers are phenomenal they will do whatever they can to make your stay more comfortable in your room from extra towels toilet paper you name it they'll do it for you then there's their continental breakfast great spread the lady who works there taking care of the breakfast she's the sweet woman I really enjoyed my stay here I Comfort Inn and I will be coming back again definitely in the near future keep up the good work you guys you deserve the recognition of your remarkable services thank you

Você tem que gerenciar suas expectativas aqui. Nós gostamos da nossa estadia - a piscina estava quente e a banheira de hidromassagem funcionou bem. Não há café da manhã continental, apenas um saco com burrito, muffin e suco. e poderia usar uma atualização. O principal problema é que a cama fica ao lado da unidade HVAC, então você fica a noite toda. Banheiro é tamanho decente. A localização é boa, na verdade o hotel é meio que por si só em uma parte bastante movimentada da Bell Rd. É na extremidade inferior da escala de tarifa na área. Outback Steakhouse ao lado. Novamente, nós apreciamos a nossa estadia.

This hotel for the price is not worth it. The room smelled like pot smoke. There was a balloon behind a chair in the corner. The hot breakfast they advertised, was not available. Only grab and go bags. Don't waste your money.

Hotel was clean along with the room. Manager Michelle along with many of the staff were very friendly, accommodating and always asked if needed anything during my stay. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom and overall a great experience.

You have to kind of manage your expectations here.We enjoyed our stay- pool was warm and hottub worked fine.No continental breakfast, just a sack with a breakfast burrito, muffin, and juice.Coffee is available 6-9am.Rooms are small and could use a refresh. Main problem is the bed is right next to HVAC unitso you get blown on all night. Bathroom is decent size. The location is fine,actually hotel is kind of by itself on a fairly busy part of Bell Rd. It is on the lower end of the rate scale in the area.Outback Steakhouse next door. Again, we enjoyed our stay.

Nossa estadia foi ótima! Definitivamente nada de especial - é um hotel médio. Mas a área da piscina era agradável, os quartos eram limpos, as camas eram confortáveis, nos sentimos seguros em ficar lá e a equipe foi fenomenal. O hotel estava em uma localização conveniente para a nossa estadia. Havia um leve odor de cigarro em todo o hotel e em nosso quarto, mas, novamente, não esperávamos nada de especial e o preço era decente. Definitivamente ficaria aqui novamente se a localização atende às nossas necessidades!

Our stay was great! Definitely nothing special - it’s an average hotel. But the pool area was nice, the rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, we felt safe staying there and the staff was phenomenal. The hotel was in a convenient location for our stay. There was a slight odor of cigarettes throughout the hotel and in our room but again we didn’t expect anything special and the price point was decent. Definitely would stay here again if the location meets our needs!!
