É difícil encontrar falhas neste hotel. Oito amigos ficaram e tivemos 3 quartos. Eles basicamente nos deram uma área de alcova em um andar para nós mesmos. Os quartos eram impecavelmente limpos e atendidos diariamente. A equipe foi maravilhosa. A localização é espetacular. A uma curta distância do cais e da área de North End e Quincy Market. Caro, mas que parece ser a taxa de estadia no centro de Boston. Uma experiência muito boa. Também eles têm um deck de observação dia e noite com vistas deslumbrantes. Definitivamente ficaria aqui novamente.

It’s hard to find fault with this hotel. Eight friends stayed and we had 3 rooms. They basically gave us an alcove area on a floor to ourselves. The rooms were spotless clean and attended to daily. The staff was wonderful. The location is spectacular. Walking distance to wharf and North End and Quincy Market area. Expensive but that appears to be the going rate to stay in downtown Boston. A very good experience. Also they have an observation deck day and night with breathtaking views. Would definitely stay here again.

August 2022: Stayed here for seven nights split across two different stays over 11 days. (Took a drive to Newport, RI after the first four nights.)The first stay, we got room #1203. Very nice view of the water. That is my favorite view.Second stay, we got room #805 and overlooked the city. Not as nice of a view.Rooms are spacious! Bed in #1203 was very comfortable. The one in #805 was not comfortable. It was very "lumpy" and the sheet was rough. Not what I would expect from a Marriott. Pillows were okay in both rooms. I like how they have king size pillows (I don't understand when hotels give you standard pillows on a king size bed.). There is a coffee maker in the room with single serving Starbucks packets. Was fine and better than most hotels!Location is great 👍. Very walkable area. Close to the Blue line and within short walking distance to the Orange and Green lines (go up State Street) and the Red line (walk along Atlantic Street). Lots of options to eat and drink nearby too!Service was excellent. Staff is very friendly.There is an observation deck on floor #26 that offers beautiful views. I took some photos from the 24th floor while I was doing laundry and you can see some of the views!Amenities were great. Free laundry machines on the 24th floor, pool table, games, top notch gym on the 25th floor. There is a calendar with activities at the resort. We got free donuts, Boston cream pie 🥧. They do a great job serving local food so you can try the goodies.Overall, five star 🌟. I should have mentioned my issue with the bed in #805 to see if they could have addressed it. But I thought originally it was the rough fitted sheet but realized on night #2 that it was probably the "lumpiness" of the mattress pad.

História e luxo tudo em um. Passamos 4 noites e desejamos ter planejado uma semana. Nice um quarto com kitchette. Caminhada fácil para muitos lugares. Meu marido saiu para doces ou donuts para acompanhar o café no quarto todos os dias. (Bakeys! Experimente o croissant de queijo de cabra!) Excelentes vistas, grande cama e móveis agradáveis com alguma história. Serviço foi impecavelmente até os padrões do Marriott, alegre e sempre uma saudação.

Absolutamente lindo quarto e hotel localizado bem no meio de tudo. A equipe do hotel foi extra flexível quando chegamos cedo de um voo de olhos vermelhos, eles se certificaram de preparar nosso quarto cedo para nós, para que pudéssemos fazer o check-in e descansar. O quarto tinha ótima iluminação e vista e ar condicionado funcionou muito bem desde que estava quente lá fora. Nós apreciamos tanto a nossa estadia que com certeza voltaremos. O mirante 360 na cobertura também foi incrível!

Absolutamente hermosa habitación y hotel ubicado justo en el medio de todo. El personal del hotel fue muy servicial cuando llegamos temprano de un vuelo de ojos rojos y se aseguraron de tener nuestra habitación lista temprano para que pudiéramos registrarnos y descansar. La habitación tenía una gran iluminación y vistas y el aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien ya que hacía calor afuera. Disfrutamos tanto de nuestra estadía que definitivamente regresaremos. ¡El mirador 360 de la azotea también fue increíble!

We request a quiet room but they gave us one next to elevator once we ask for different room or courtesy call. They gave free breakfast which close 10:00 am and only coffee and tea. We try to extend date they said no room available I can't move you I checked online there is available. I think they only care their owner which they didn't know I am starwood elite you never know we will buy another timeshare or not.

Absolutely beautiful room & hotel located right in the middle of everything. The hotel staff were extra accommodating when we came early from a red eye flight they made sure to get our room ready early for us so we could get checked in and rest. The room had great lighting and views & air conditioning worked really well since it was hot outside. We enjoyed our stay so much we will definitely be back. The rooftop 360 lookout was amazing too!

History and luxury all in one. We spent 4 nights and wished we had planned a week. Nice one bedroom with kitchette. Easy walk to lots of places. My husband went out for pastries or donuts to go with the in-room coffee every day. (Bakeys! Try the goat cheese croissant!) Great views, great bed and nice furnishings with some history. Service was impeccably up to Marriott standards, cheery and always a greeting.

I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay here. The location is convenient to the wharf, Quincy market, and the State House. We walked all over Boston from the hotel, including the North End and Beacon Hill. The observation deck on the 26th floor gives 360 degree views of the city, and the historic nature of the custom house sets the tone for stepping back in time.
The rooms are beautiful. We started on the first floor with a charming view of Quincy market. The sitting room and separate bedroom were spacious with a nice little kitchenette. Unfortunately, our room was right next to the room where breakfast is, so the opening and closing of that door was not conducive to sleeping past 7 AM. The manager, Stephanie, was very accommodating and moved our room. We ended up on the 23rd floor. The room was smaller, but the views of the city were spectacular!
Our only disappointment was that breakfast is not included in the cost of the room, which is certainly not cheap. However, I would stay here again without hesitation.

Ótima localização central. Caminhe ou leve o T para qualquer lugar. Quartos lindos. Café gratuito pela manhã e você pode pagar para pegar e levar o café da manhã ou fazer waffles por um custo. Eles têm um bar aberto à noite. Eles oferecem passeios e atividades. Microondas e frigobar no quarto. Bons refúgios para trabalhar, se for preciso. Great central location. Walk or take the T anywhere. Gorgeous rooms. Free coffee in the morning and you can pay for a grab and go breakfast or make waffles for a cost. They have a bar open at night. They offer tours and activities. Microwave and dorm fridge in room. Nice hideaways to work, if you have to. Just wish they had some ergonomic chairs to make that part easier.

We had a great time in this place, we didn't stayed at the hotel but we went to the top floor to have an amazing view of Boston. You can go to the top for free you just need to make a reservation with 48 hours of anticipation.Tuvimos un buen momento en este lugar, no nos quedamos en el hotel pero fuimos a el último piso para poder tener una vista maravillosa de Boston.
