Up-charged my kids and me $25 for "early check-in" during a city-wide blackout, then put us in a room they didn't finish cleaning. We had to throw away the last guest's food from the fridge (including a spoiled half-eaten sandwich because the fridge wasn't cooling right). Filled up one of the two trash cans in the room. Rather than charge us extra, La Quinta should have called it even since they we had to clean our own room. Even better: Don't up-charge people during an emergency. Seriously. That always looks bad on a business.

I'm a mobile Notary,so I was there to sign a client. Fr9nt desk gal was a little staunch. My clients daughter asked room service for more coffee, none was brought in the 1.5 hours I was there. But the grounds and rooms were very clean and n8ce at least. Maybe a bad day!?!?

O quarto foi uma decepção. Os móveis estavam gastos e o carpete parecia sujo. A base do vaso estava suja e o chuveiro estava escorregadio. A cama era confortável, mas os travesseiros não. Não vou ficar aqui novamente sem verificar o quarto.

The room was a disappointment. The furnishings were worn and the carpet appeared dirty. The toilet base was soiled and the shower was slippery. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were not. Will not stay here again without checking out the room.

Nice staff. Good breakfast. Clean nice hotel. SMALLEST BEDS!!!!! So uncomfortable. They are like full sized beds. 2 adults cannot sleep in one bed. I had to sleep next to my child because husband and wife could not fit. I will never stay in a La Quinta again!
