Deserve to be 4.5 star. Breakfast is great with lots of good things such as yogurt, egg, bacon, cereals, oranges/apples, juice and bagels. The parking is convenient under the ground. The two things are not good: there is not enough power plugs in the room so you may need to bring some extension cord yourself; some rooms are facing freeway and you can hear the noise at night.

Amy at front desk is friendly and wonderfullyhelpful and Ramona is a warm and friendlyhostess. People miss them on weekends.

A equipe é simpática e atende aos padrões do Hyatt. Os quartos precisam ser atualizados. Os móveis, carpetes, etc ... já viram dias melhores. Atualmente, há alguns andares sendo usados por alunos da Tufts, portanto, espere que haja muito movimento. Os alunos são muito educados e só tivemos interações positivas com eles. A piscina é aquecida, mesmo quando está calor, então é muito quente quando o tempo está bom.

The staff is friendly and meets the Hyatt standards in used to. The rooms need to be updated. The furniture, carpeting, etc... has seen better days.
Currently there are a few floors being used by Tufts students so expect it to be busy. The students are very polite and we only had positive interactions with them.
The pool is heated, even when it's warm out so it's too hot when the weather is nice.

Portanto, esta foi uma estadia difícil. Viemos com nosso filho de Vermont para um acampamento de beisebol. Fizemos as reservas com cartão de crédito antes da chegada, porque o cartão tinha um nome diferente (os pais pagaram metade da viagem e colocaram no cartão) foi necessário um formulário de autorização. Nós o preenchemos quando a reserva foi feita semanas antes. Evidentemente, ele nunca chegou à recepção ... então tivemos que fazer outro no dia do check-in. O recepcionista me disse que ela precisava de um cartão arquivado, então dei a ela meu cartão do banco. Má escolha…. Não só eles cobraram do cartão de crédito para a semana de estadia, mas também cobraram minha conta corrente para a semana. Um dia depois, descobrimos que estávamos no negativo e tivemos que transferir o pouco que tínhamos nas economias para cobrir três taxas de cheque especial mais o que havia entrado. Depois de corrigir o problema, o que acontece ... leva de 3 a 5 dias úteis para obter o dinheiro devolvido. Tivemos que cancelar todos os planos que tínhamos e estávamos preocupados em ter dinheiro para levá-lo ao acampamento e voltar para casa. O quarto era decente, a banheira não drenava muito bem e ninguém veio para consertar, eu não forcei o assunto porque eu já tinha feito uma comoção barulhenta e bastante zangada para consertar a situação financeira. Ainda não recebemos o dinheiro de volta até o dia anterior à nossa partida. O café da manhã gratuito foi uma dádiva de Deus e levamos cereais e frutas para o quarto para as refeições, para nos segurar até que o dinheiro fosse devolvido. Compramos pão, PB&J e batatas fritas para segurar. NO ENTANTO…. Ramona é a funcionária mais incrível que eles têm .. calorosa, acolhedora, simplesmente maravilhosa !! Ela não recebe o suficiente ... não importa o quanto ela seja paga. Eles têm sorte de tê-la !!! Estou tão feliz por voltar para casa ...

Nos foi dado o melhor serviço do Hyatt Place Hotel em Medford. Nossa família participou de um Dia de Amigos e Família com a Edify Church, hospedagem fornecida pelo Hyatt. O pessoal do Service Desk foi maravilhoso! Um grito para a Srta. Ramona por seu excelente atendimento ao cliente na praça de alimentação. Ela arranjou tempo para adicionar um toque pessoal, escrevendo uma nota assinada de encorajamento em cada saco de comida para viagem residente do hotel! Cinco estrelas 🌟 no meu livro!

Es el primer hotel donde nos cobran el auto por eso tuvimos que darle el carro a mi hija que se lo llevara en nuestra segunda noche. Las instaclaciones muy bien!

So this was a tough stay. We came down with our son from Vermont to a baseball camp. We made the reservations on a credit card prior to arrival, because the card had a different name on it ( parents paid for half the trip and put it on their card) an authorization form was needed. We filled it out when the reservation was made weeks earlier. It never got to the front desk evidently… so we had to do another on the check in day. The desk clerk told me she needed a card on file so I gave her my bank card. Bad choice…. Not only did they charge the credit card for the week stay but charged my checking account for the week as well. A day later we found out we were in the negative and had to transfer what little we had in the savings to cover three overdraft fees plus what had come in. After fixing the problem what happens… it takes 3-5 business days to get the money refunded. We had to cancel any plans we did have and were just worried about having money to get him to camp and get home. The room was decent, tub didn’t drain very well and nobody came to fix it, I didn’t push the issue because I had already made a loud and rather angry commotion to get the money situation fixed. We still didn’t get the money back till the day before we left. Free breakfast was a godsend and we took cereal and fruit to the room for meals to hold us over till the money was refunded. We bought bread and PB&J and chips to hold over. HOWEVER…. Ramona is the most amazing employee they have.. warm, welcoming, just wonderful!! She doesn’t get paid enough.. no matter what she’s paid. They are lucky to have her !!! I’m so glad to be going home…

We were given the best service from the Hyatt Place Hotel in Medford. Our family attended a Friend's & Family Day with Edify Church, Hyatt provided lodging. The Service Desk Personnel were wonderful!
A shout out to Miss. Ramona for her excellent customer care in the food court.
She made time to add a personal touch by penning a signed note of encouragement on every hotel resident takeout bag! Five stars 🌟 in my book!

Worst hotel I have ever stay. If not forced to give one star at least I would probably give 0 star to this hotel. The room is dirty. The smell is not good in the room. You can find hair anywhere in the room, the coach, the bed or the blanket. There is stains on the bed too. Very bad experience in this hotel. The room isnot clean . 😅

This hotel has outdated room. It renovated the lobby but forgot about the rooms. Not very comfortable. We had to change rooms due to an abundant number of hairs in the bed so make sure you check for cleanliness. Charged for parking, $10 a night but doesn’t mention it at check in. Also your parking in an open unattended and undated lot so why the charge?Not recommended!!

Las recamaras son limpias, ofrecen desayuno todas las mañanas (muy básico, pero existe) está un poco alejado de la ciudad pero es accesible a través de transporte público, puedes comprar la Charlie Card en la estación del metro y te sirve para camiones y metro, la parada del camión edtá cruzando la calle, el servicio del hotel es bueno, no es para nada lujoso pero es suficiente para un viaje dónde estarás poco tiempo en el hotel y más tiempo conociendo la ciudad
