O serviço foi de alto nível! O resort era silencioso e dormimos bem. Alugamos uma cabana na praia por quatro dias e adoramos. Andrew, nosso garçom de cabana, cuidou muito bem de nós. Ele nos trouxe toalhas, um refrigerador de bebidas, levou nosso pedido de almoço e nos trouxe comida, e foi amigável e útil. Ele nos encontrou com Michael, que nos levou em uma excursão para mergulhar com snorkel, visitar o Rick’s Cafe, ver a Seven Mile Beach e velejar para casa ao pôr do sol.A comida era boa - típica para um resort com tudo incluído. As bebidas eram excelentes, e havia um extenso cardápio delas. Nossos mordomos foram úteis, e fiquei feliz por termos optado pelo upgrade de Diamante.A única razão pela qual não dei cinco estrelas foi que o resort precisa de um pouco de TLC. Não houve nada que prejudicasse a nossa estadia, mas alguns reparos são necessários aqui e ali. Isso pode ser devido à pandemia e à falta de renda por um tempo. The service was top notch! The resort was quiet, and we slept well. We rented a cabana on the beach for four days, and loved it. Andrew, our cabana server, took great care of us. He brought us towels, a cooler of drinks, took our lunch order and brought us food, and was friendly and helpful. He set us up with Michael, who took us on an excursion to snorkel, visit Rick’s Cafe, see Seven Mile Beach, and sail home at sunset. The food was fine - typical for an all-inclusive resort. The drinks were great, and there was an extensive menu of them. Our butlers were helpful, and I was glad we went with the Diamond upgrade. The only reason I didn’t give five stars was that the resort needs a bit of TLC. There was nothing that detracted from our stay, but some repairs are needed here and there. That could be due to the pandemic, and the lack of income for a while. We’d go back in a heartbeat though!

The good and the bad-an honest review. Check in was quick and easy. Our room was a swim up, and was beautiful! We did however have issues locking our patio door. Beds were pretty comfortable. The mini fridge has drinks in it when you arrive, but it's like pulling teeth to try to get someone to refill it-even with some water. We constantly got the run around trying to get water or pop for our fridge. We were told there's a limit of 2 waters for 2 people in the fridge. And when it finally gets refilled, they certainly are not happy with you. You go through this daily. You call front desk then get transferred to housekeeping and room service to finally be told it will be filled later. The food was ok at best. The two restaurants we didn't mind were the Italian and tex mex. The buffet was good as well, and the server Doshane is the best! The beach was small and crowded, most days, seaweed filled the water, and there was a strong sewage smell so we spent our days at the pool. Pool was fantastic and the bartenders were great! Get up around 6 to throw a towel on a chair or you will miss out! Room service food was disgusting. Nothing we ordered, we were able to eat. There's a food truck by the pool, has great nachos. Didn't try the spa, prices were far too high. I'd say 50 percent of the workers were very nice and the other 50 percent were rude and clearly did not want to be there. There is only one gift shop on site and the prices are insane...15.00 US for a bag of chips. My sister lost her mask and they charged her 3.00 US for a blue disposable one. Found out later you can get them free at front desk. I have never been at a resort with such price gouging before. The servers in the restaurants were great. Servers in the buffet-not so great unless you get Doshane. This was my second time in Jamaica, there's better resorts for the money than this one.

Ótimo hotel! Um hotel muito limpo com toneladas de coisas para fazer. A comida era deliciosa e havia uma grande seleção. A equipe poderia ter sido um pouco mais amigável. O entretenimento na piscina e à noite foram excelentes. Se quiser beber e festejar, este é o hotel! Eles até vendem garrafas premium de álcool a um preço razoável.
Os quartos são ok não consideraria sofisticado. A maioria das pessoas que trabalham lá são muito amigáveis. Ainda sob restrições severas, especialmente na área de jantar. Seria bom se no refeitório pudéssemos voltar a nos servir. Quando você pede uma porção maior de alguns dos funcionários do refeitório, você fica com uma atitude de que não deveria perguntar quando estou pagando por tudo incluído. Não deve ser um problema.
Great hotel. The food is top notch but the staff can't be beat. Book a trip as fast as you can.
Beautiful also clean resort. Most of the staff was welcoming others dry and acted as if they weren't happy with their job. The food was good at the restaurants just not the buffet most of it was cold on the regular.
Rooms are ok would not consider upscale at all.Most people working there are very friendly.Still under covid restrictions especially in dining area. It'd be nice if in cafeteria we could go back to serving ourselves.When you ask for more of a serving from some of the cafeteria workers you get an attitude like you shouldn't ask when I'm paying for all inclusive.It shouldn't be an issue.
Great hotel! A very clean hotel with tons to do.The food was delicious and there was a large selection. The staff could've been a little friendlier. The entertainment at the pool and at night were great.If you want to drink and party, this is the hotel! They even sell premium bottles of alcohol at a reasonable price.
O refúgio no Royalton Negril foi o pior e o pior hotel / resort em que fiquei. Quando cheguei lá, demorou cerca de 1 hora para o check-in. A recepcionista foi tão rude. Ela disse que acabou o plantão ela não tem tempo pra isso (SMH) !!! atendimento ao cliente muito ruim. Quando você tentou ligar para o serviço de quarto, recepção, etc, sem resposta. O quarto era tão desagradável que seu cabelo tinha manchas na cômoda do chuveiro, o espelho estava com impressões digitais, os travesseiros eram planos o quarto cheirava a MOLDE, havia mofo no chuveiro. baratas passando pelas pias. quando a limpeza vem para limpar o quarto, eles trazem mais cabelo com o esfregão para dentro do quarto. (CONTROLE DE INFECÇÃO) pessoas, por favor. Acho que eles sentem falta dessa aula !!! (limpeza) você é forçado a colocar uma máscara facial em todos os lugares para higienizar as mãos. mas deseja limpar os quartos adequadamente. O bufê tinha baratas correndo em volta das mesas. NUNCA TÊM TOALHAS DISPONÍVEIS Não desperdice o seu dinheiro. Resíduos completos. Disseram-me que receberia meu dinheiro de volta, mas ainda não aconteceu. Vou entrar em contato com meu American Express, é meu aniversário, pelo amor de Deus, estou extremamente envergonhado com aquele hotel e a viagem que toda a viagem foi um desastre completo
Este hotel superou todas as expectativas, as vistas, funcionários, quartos, comida e entretenimento eram dignos da realeza! O povo jamaicano é caloroso e amigável e a vibração inigualável! O entretenimento vai todas as noites até as primeiras horas da manhã, e cada show é de alto padrão.Este é de longe um dos melhores resorts com tudo incluído que já experimentei. Hideaway at Royalton Negril was the worst and the nastiest hotel/resort i have stay in at. When i got there it took about 1hour to check in. The front desk girl was so rude. She stated that her shift was over she has no time for this (SMH)!!! very bad customer service. When you tried calling room service, front desk, etc with no response. The room was so nasty its had hair in the shower cup stains on the dresser, the mirror was with finger prints, the pillows was flat the room smell like MOLD, there was mold in the shower. roaches coming through the sinks. when house-keeping came to clean the room they bring more hair with the mop in the room. (INFECTION CONTROL) people Please. I think they miss that class!!! (cleaning ) you are force to put and face mask everywhere you go and hand sanitize.but want clean rooms properly. The buffet had roaches running around the tables. THEY NEVER HAVE TOWELS AVAILABLE Do not waste your money. Complete waste. I was told I would get my money back still has not happened. I will reach out to my American Express it’s Was my anniversary for god sake I’m extremely embarrassed about that hotel and the trip that whole trip was a complete disaster
This hotel exceeded all expectations, the views , employees, rooms, food and entertainment were fit for royalty! The Jamaican people are warm and friendly and the vibe is second to none! The entertainment runs every evening until the early hours of the morning, and each show is of a very high standard. This is by far one of the best all inclusive resorts I have ever experienced. If you get the opportunity then GO! One Love ♥️
I’ve read reviews about the staff being rude but this was not our experience at all. They were all amazing and wanted to make sure we had the best vacation ever. We have stayed at many all inclusive resorts over the years, and this one is in our top 3! Thanks Royalton Hideaway Negril for an amazing vacation!

As praias da propriedade e do resort são lindas. O entretenimento é ótimo e a equipe é simpática. A festa silenciosa na sexta-feira e a festa na praia na quarta-feira são imperdíveis. O buffet e serviço de quarto é nada assombroso, mas a outra comida é boa. As excursões são divertidas, as bebidas são fortes e as flores são potentes.
Esta foi a minha primeira viagem à bela Jamaica. O resort Royalton tinha praias lindas e limpas. A equipe é fantástica - cortês e amigável. Existem muitos restaurantes para escolher, com qualidade bastante boa. O restaurante italiano Grazie tem a melhor comida das opções que experimentamos.O resort é mantido muito limpo. Os gramados e as praias parecem ser o foco mais do que as acomodações dos hóspedes. Observamos mais do que alguns problemas de manutenção. O nosso quarto tinha um chuveiro quebrado, válvulas quebradas na banheira de hidromassagem, uma porta vacilante do armário e sem almofadas nas cadeiras do pátio toda a nossa estadia de 5 dias; além do charuto fumado pela metade de um hóspede anterior, jogado no chão. Alguém em nosso grupo teve um banheiro quebrado, outros tiveram confusão no tipo de quarto (individual vs. duplo), etc. Tivemos que ligar para o serviço de limpeza em 2 dias consecutivos, pois não havia sido feito e não recebemos nenhum xampu extra, etc., pois eles correram para o nosso quarto. Tivemos uma ótima estadia, mas poderia ter sido melhor se a propriedade fosse melhor mantida em geral.

Esses caras foram incríveis, muito profissionais, eles dedicaram seu tempo para ajudar um bom serviço e uma grande equipe no Royalton Hideaway em Negril. O lugar certo, definitivamente voltarei

Excellent and extremely kind customer service. However,this is not a Resort for the Elderly, or the Disabled.There are no elevators,wheelchairs,or motorized vehicles. Not very much Vegetarian foods options. But everyone was so kind,helpful,and absolutely gave nothing but positive energy, happiness and joy every day and night. The beach was so relaxing with so many various comfortable beach chairs and beach huts to relax in.
This was my first trip to beautiful Jamaica. The Royalton resort had beautiful, clean beaches. The staff are fantastic - courteous and friendly. There are many restaurants to choose from, with fairly good quality. The Grazie Italian restaurant has the best food of the options we tried.The resort is kept pretty clean. The lawns & beaches seem to be the focus more than the guest accommodations. We observed more than a few maintenance issues. Our room had a broken shower head, broken valves on the jetted tub, a wonky closet door, & no cushions on the patio chairs our entire 5 day stay; plus a previous guest's half smoked cigar just lying around.Someone else in our party had a broken toilet, others had mix ups on type of room (single vs. double), etc. We had to call for housekeeping on 2 consecutive days, as it had not been done, and did not receive any extra shampoos etc. as they ran out in our room. We had a great stay, but it could have been better if the property were better maintained overall.
The property and resort beaches are beautiful. The entertainment is great and the staff is nice. The silent party on Friday and beach party on Wednesday are must-trys. The buffet and room service is underwhelming, but the other food is good. The excursions are fun, the drinks are strong, & the flower is potent.
My experience was awesome, I must give a shout out to the Manager Kemesha Saddler and Latoya Clark supervisor. These guys were awesome very professional they take time to help good service and a great team at Royalton Hideaway in Negril.Just the place to be am definitely going back
Loved the Resort, the beaches, the staff that I met were amazing. I slept very well in a comfy bed. Only thing that fell apart on me was the hand held shower, the bar fell completely apart. Thank goodness I had the large ones to use, the rain falls. Loved them. I would love to go back again someday.
Amazing stay. The staff is wonderful and work hard to make sure your stay is beyond a 5 star and Do Not get enough credit.. For those you read this rating and plan to go. Please be nice and tip the workers for your services. Although your trip might be inclusive, you should tip them. Before coming bring ones or five's, I promise it will come back to you 2 fold. Time spent at the Royalton was Priceless. The Staff, Food, Cocktail, Entertainment and Pool was fantastic. A beautiful resort with positive energy and good vibes all around. It was all about being in a bubble with fun loving people and staff who are passionate about their jobs. I will definitely be going back there soon💖
We stayed at the hideaway for 5 days. The scenery was beautiful and the rooms were ok. The rooms had minor flaws from wear and tear, the fridge was not fully stocked as advertised and even after we called they still did not. The staff were friendly as long as you were tipping a lot. We asked a staff member about how they were paid and they told us they don’t get paid good that they really only get tips. This explained why if we tipped big they would serve us and if we didn’t they would ignore us. I would understand this level of service if I had not paid for an all inclusive. The staff that were the most friendly were the ones you wouldn’t expect like the maids, lawn staff, towel person, butlers. We ended up being very disappointed in the end and will not be returning to this resort. However with all that being said it is a very beautiful place and the food was good. The nicest most genuine person there was the lunch cook who made jerk chicken by the hideaway pool named Clive. He made a negative experience turn good, thank you Clive.

This was one of the best resorts I've ever visited in Jamaica. The Room was up to date, modern and clean.The staff was very professional and Courteous throughout my stay.A suggestion I would have would be to offer more food options via Room service.The views are amazing , breathtaking and astounding.Be mindful of a $200 hold fee for incidentals that you aren't told about until you get there it is refundable though.Text Mex restaurant and the steakhouse were great. I will definitely be back my stay was very pleasant enjoyable and most memorable.
Las instalaciones del hotel estan muy lindas, la gastronomia fue muy buena, las playas increibles, el servicio del hotel en general fue muy bueno. A destacar la hospitalidad y predisposición a solucionar inquietudes de Lorna Clerk que nos ayudo muchísimo en concretar la cita con el medico para realizar el PCR en el hotel en tiempo y forma. Muy recomendable
Eu e meu namorado ficamos por 4 dias, foi incrível. Os quartos eram muito bons e limpos !! A única coisa é que nós ficamos no edifício 2 e era meio longe para nós caminharmos para pegar o café da manhã ou almoço .. nós servíamos o serviço de quarto, mas eles não serviam tudo no menu .. mas de qualquer forma este lugar era bom e esperançosamente nós pode voltar !!!

Me and my boyfriend stayed for 4 days, it was amazing. Rooms were really nice and clean !! The only thing is we stayed in building 2 and it was kinda far for us to walk to get breakfast or lunch.. we did room service but they didn’t serve everything on the menu.. but anyways this place was good n hopefully we can return!!!

Funcionários e gestão nos fizeram sentir seguros durante a nossa estadia. We are here now and this resort is fantastic!!! Top notch service, excellent food and drinks. Staff are very friendly. Pools and beaches are clean and kept up daily. Staff and management have made us feel safe during our stay. They adhere to CDC guidelines and they do a great job sanitizing, temp checks etc. It’s not overly crowded. I highly recommend the Royalton in Negril for your next vacation!!
If anybody is trying to find bargain deals for hotels head to ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ reserved a hotel room on there and these guys had the best prices any where! Fantastic property and fantastic staff. Andre and Cornell in the water department were very helpful and friendly! Derron was also another great worker by the main pool. We were treated very well by all the staff. Would definitely recommend.
I really enjoyed this resort. Our room was great, very clean and the view amazing. The restaurants were really good and were able to try a new one each night. The vibe team with Mario, Brandon and Shane kept us entertained poolside. Thank you very much for a great time, we will be back.
Em geral, eu daria ao Hideaway no Royalton uma classificação de 4,5 estrelas. ** All Inclusive ** A propriedade é limpa, funcionários simpáticos e belas vistas. O lado do Hideaway é apenas para adultos. Nosso quarto que foi 8311 veio com Diamond Club Access e um mordomo. Com o nosso acesso ao CD conseguimos agendar uma sessão de 30min na Piscina de Hidroterapia do Spa ... o Spa é como nenhum outro. A comida no resort não era do nosso agrado ... estávamos à procura de cozinha mais autêntica, então, comemos algumas vezes fora da propriedade. Eu recomendo o Royalton em Negril, Jamaica para suas próximas férias.

Went to their Hideaway section for the Christmas weekend, at first we were really excited to receive a free upgrade to a presidential suite, which was absolutely amazing. We loved the facilities in the room and found that everything in the room was carefully thought out. That's about where our enthusiasm ended. We had 2 mini fridges in our suite, neither of which were stocked and despite numerous calls to room service, nobody came to restock the room event until the time of check-out. We'd call for various queries and we're always greeted with a pleasant response or whatever they thought we wanted to hear but there was never any follow through. (This included difficulty with online check-in prior to our arrival & room service.) We wanted to have Christmas dinner in an on-site restaurant but upon arrival were told that the restaurants were reservation only and cut off time for reservations ended from 12 noon (3 hours prior to check-in) so only option was to dine at the buffet. Buffet food was enjoyable, not many unique options though. Didn't enjoy waiting in long queuesat breakfast time (like over 30 mins to enter buffet area) We were locals and at times felt like some staff treated us like 2nd class citizens, albeit covertly. Lastly, my pasta was half cooked when we finally got to dine at the Italian restaurant. Overall, Hideaway is beautiful and has excellent infrastructure, our customer service experience was what left us with mixed feelings. If you're completely self dependent you'll have a great stay but it was our staff interaction that lowered our ratings. Organization could be better.
Facilities are really nice. Expected more amenities for the price. Bteakfast meals were very good however they need to revisit their dinners. Overall I loved the hotel. Didn't give the five stars because of the meal issues.
Overall I would give the Hideaway at the Royalton a 4.5 star rating. **All Inclusive ** The property is clean, friendly staff, and beautiful views. The Hideaway side is Adults Only. Our room which was 8311 came with Diamond Club Access and a Butler. With our DC access we were able to schedule a 30min session in the Hydro Therapy Pool in the Spa... the Spa is like no other. The food at the resort wasn't to our liking... we were looking for more authentic cuisine so we ate a few times off the property. I would highly recommend the Royalton in Negril, Jamaica for your next vacation.

One of the best vacation resorts I've ever experienced. Some of the amenities were restricted due to the current pandemic, so you could tell you were not experiencing everything to be offered. But the staff, atmosphere, and location all made up for it and it was truly a one of a kind experience. The hideaway section of the resort is adults only, which is where we stayed and it felt more secluded from the other portions of the resort. There was an ocean view from the room, that is absolutely breathtaking. It was really hard to leave. But will definitely be back!

Excelente lugar, volvería 1000 veces. Hay puntos de sanitización por todos lados y señalización de recordatorio de las medidas ante el COVID-19 peroooo LA GENTE NO cumplía con el distanciamiento social y el porte de la mascara. Quizas el hotel debería ser más rígido con las políticas ante el COVID-19. Otro detalle, tomen en cuenta que hay personas de diferentes nacionalidades, varíen un poco la música, no solo la tradicional jamaiquina
Fue muy primera visita a Jamaica y espero no sea la última, espléndido lugar para tomarse un buen descanso

El hotel es muy bonito, pero el servicio es lento porque tienen poco personalde ayuda. La piscina cierra a las 6 pm y todo cierra temprano, no hay vida nocturna en absoluto, no hay baile y la única música que tocan es música reggae. No considero este lugar para ser un complejo familiar, los guardias de securidadpermiten a la gente venir a la playa vendiendo marihuana, que ofrecen marihuana a las niñas jóvenes caminando en la playa. Es muy irrespetuoso y desagradable. Nadie en el complejo hablaba cualquier otro idioma aparte de inglés pobre y el idioma nativo de Jamaica, en un lugar donde visitan personas de luagres diferentes deberia de haber personal que hable otros idiomas para poder atender a la clientela. El servicio de habitación era inadecuado, cuando llegamos las habitaciones eran desatendidas, las camas eran todavía un desastre de los clientes anteriores y la mini nevera estaba llena de bebidas a medio vacío. Es necesario tener mucha precaución con cualquier transacción que se ocupe de efectivo, asegúrese de que todas las facturas se comprueban a mano. The pool closes at 6 pm and everything closes early, there is absolutely no night life whatsoever, there is no dancing and the only music they play is reggae music. I do not consider this place to be a family friendly resort, the securities on staff allow people to come on the beach selling marijuana, they offer marijuana to young girls walking on the beach. It is very disrespectful and distasteful. No one at the resort spoke any other language other than poor English and the native language of Jamaica, in such a resort where people from all over are visiting there should be people on staff that speak different languages to cater to the clientele. The room service was inadequate, when we arrived the rooms were unattended, the beds were still a mess from the previous customers and the mini fridge was full of half empty drinks. There needs to be high caution with any transactions dealing with cash, make sure that all bills are checked on hand. We paid for excursions on a Wednesday and Friday they claim to be the ones they were fakes. The people seem to be very honest , caring people , but that is how they get you. we were large group of 22 .
