First off, Amazing staff when I checked in (Amanda & Cassidy).. Super friendly, explained in good detail all their accommodations.. when I got to my room it was already nice and cool inside, smelled clean looked very clean..lots and lots of usb plugs and wall plugs for all you devices. Very comfy beds, great bathrooms, great water pressure for the shower.. which is a walk-in by the way.. :)
Then its off to the pool.. arriving @ the pool the towels were warm still, like straight from being cleaned i assume :) then pool was crystal clear along with the hot tub.. well maintained indeed..
Overall this is definitely a place I'm adding to my return to list in the furture.. got my Priceline deal @ $69 including taxes..
If your in town I would highly recommend this place to anyone before going elsewhere.. thanks Hampton for a very enjoyable stay..

Hampton Inn never disappoints. It’s probably an older hotel that has been renovated recently, judging by the elevator. The front desk staff are very nice and went above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need. The lobby is very empty during COVID time which is reassuring, not like another hotel we’ve stayed at. Outdoor pool is open but they do keep track of the number of ppl in it. We really appreciated that.

The room was adequate with a clean, new bed and the promised amenities(fridge, microwave, cable) but the a/c wouldn't go as cold as we lowered it(might have been a bit artic;), the cable kept freezing ( but during a slight rain and no Food Network at all), but the bathroom wasn't clean. Had blood spatters on the floor, sink, and backsplash. We were given a free upgrade, which was nice but I couldn't see what the possible upgrade was, it was the same room that I booked. A day after we checked out they added a $20 fee to our room. When I called to ask what it was for, they asked me if I had a vehicle parked there, to which I replied, yes. Then she said 'well, it was a parking fee'. I don't begrudge them making money but wish it had been disclosed upon check-in, or on the receipt I signed, or on their website. Nothing like trying to have a good attitude and then getting the idea that they don't care.

Very nice hotel and great location! There’s plenty of stores & food places very close by, and the staff was very kind & helpful through out our stay. We had an issue with a ringing sound in the room we got so we told the front desk and they easily got us a new room with no issue. Definitely will come back to this location if I travel this way again!
