O hotel é muito old-looking, as camas são hard-rock. Os quartos são bastante limpos e espaçosos embora. Quando você dá um passeio lá fora, há bons restaurantes e atrações, então o lugar é bastante estratégico. Ninguém no hotel fala inglês embora.

The hotel is very old-looking, the beds are rock-hard.
The rooms are quite clean and spacious though. When you take a walk outside, there are good restaurants and attractions, so the place is quite strategic. Nobody in the hotel speaks English though.

One of the receptionist was rude when we're complained about the pillows are dirty... Seem like we're unsatisfied. And the others guest smoking in the room. A bit noisy especially the guests make noise around, breakfast was not appetizing but the coffee is nice.

The room is spacious but old. It was damp and smelled musty. The bed was the hardest bed I have slept on besides the floor. I must have been tired. Despite how horrible the bed was I slept through the night and did not even drink. Breakfast cannot comment on as they were out of food at 8:50 am. The fridge in the room did not work. Shower had hot water which was a positive. The staff do not go out of their way to be helpful. I give it 2 stars since it was only $30 for 1 night which is all I stayed. It should only get 1 star.Just a fyi if you are there to take a tour around Halong Bay better to take the all day trip that starts early morning. I think it is 6-8 hour cruise. Unless you are planning to stay overnight on a boat better to go longer to see more.

Hotel was clean, modern and pleasant. Ideal location for a visit to Ha Long Bay. Right across the street from Sun World as well. Nice view of the night life.
