Tuvimos muchos problemas en este lugar. Faltan cortinas, toallero cayendo, llaves de conserjería que no abren. Cuando nos quejamos, colocaron una hoja de papel sobre el vidrio ... el servicio fue deficiente y difícil. Estudio hasta ese hermoso pero sin mantenimiento y disculpas ... Pagamos casi $ 300 por noche, más caro que en el Marriot, que era tan mejor.

Tivemos muitos problemas neste lugar. Faltando cortinas, suporte de toalhas caindo, chaves da portaria que não abrem. Quando reclamamos colocaram uma folha de papel no vidro... atendimento precário e difícil. Studio até que bonito mas não fazem manutenção e dão desculpas.... pagamos caro quase U$300 a diária, mais caro que no Marriot que era muuuito melhor.

We booked our stay 2 weeks in advance. 30min prior to our plain landing, I received an email saying there was a problem with my payment, and unless i send a secondary payment my reservation would be cancelled. Since I had internet on the plane, I submitted a second credit card. After landing I called and was told there were problems with that one as well, my reservation was cancelled, and someone else had already booked the unit so there was no place for me. WTF - all in a matter of 40 minutes???? So, here I was with my wife, 6yo and 10yo with no place to stay. Fortunately we were able to get another place. The owner of the other place said it’s common practice - they have no problem double booking and then cancelling some unlucky soul. Reading all the reviews on GLS since the , seems like a shoddily run organization.

Gorgeous building and apartments but the stairwell was under kept and felt a little shady at times.

Was going to stay there as it was close to hospital in which was sister was in. Unfortunately she passed away before I could get there. With notice they still would not refund my $700. Is this a place you would want to stay?

Horrific Booking Experience. Didn't read the fine print....shame on me...$112 charge above the advertised rate of $88. Called within 5 minutes....tough luck. I just needed a little peaceful place to stay before my chemo treatment at Dana Farber....They escacllated the stress level 10 fold.
