Tivemos um feriado muito agradável. Que ótima localização, a 5 minutos a pé da praia e o centro começa na esquina. As piscinas eram ótimas, nossos filhos gostaram. A animação também ficou muito legal. Especialmente quando se pensa no clima super quente, eles continuam. Funcionários e recepcionistas simpáticos. Apenas o estúdio estava um pouco desatualizado e poderia ser limpo um pouco melhor. A comida era apenas ok, é claro que às vezes você recebe os mesmos pratos. Saímos algumas vezes para jantar.Nós definitivamente voltaremos novamente.

Buena relación calidad precio. Hotel con cierta antigüedad pero se mantiene bien. Ubicación inmejorable 1 minuto a la playa. Buenas piscinas y multitud de hamacas. Comida variada, algunas cocinadas en tu presencia, siempre hay pasta, arroces, quesos, encurtidos, patatas fritas, pescado, carne, ensaladas, helados, pasteles y mucha fruta. Buena animación y actuaciones musicales. Lo recomiendo.

Adorável hotel encantador, a equipe da recepção é sempre tão acolhedora quando voltamos de lugares, a equipe de animação é excelente, Cristian é uma pequena estrela e definitivamente é incrível para todas as idades. A comida é um pouco sem graça, mas bem variada e os bolos são tão fofos e leves! Esta é a minha primeira vez no exterior e a experiência foi fenomenal. O nosso quarto era muito espaçoso e limpo, mais alguns travesseiros teriam feito o truque. Sem falhas com nada e eu definitivamente voltaria novamente :)

Lovely lovely hotel, the staff at the front desk are always so welcoming when we was coming back from places, the animation team is suberb, Cristian is a little star and it definitely is amazing for all ages. The food is a little bland but well varied and the cakes are so fluffy and light! This is my first time abroad and the experience was phenomenal. Our room was very spacious and clean, a few more pillows would have done the trick. No faults with anything and I would definitely come back again :)

We’ve just returned this morning after staying here for the last week.
Firstly we’d checked into our room , which unfortunately wasn’t suitable. The receptionist was somewhat accommodating regarding the room
Situation.
Albeit a three star hotel , we’ve found the cleanliness and service excellent.
The only downside is the cueing system for sun beds , especially with the elder pool attendant , taking euros for early entry for some guests .
Other than that, we’d enjoyed our holiday and found the location for all amenities completely convenient.
I’m aware of most touristy accommodations have the same issues regarding. Guests wanting beds . It’s fair game , but totally bang out of order , taking payment for guests to reserve their chosen sitting area .

Teniamos un pase de día, nos entraba todo incluido, desayuno, almuerzo, merienditas, cena con bufet libre. Hay un monton de piscinas para poder disfrutar, animacion, te atienden muy amablemente todo el personal, merece la pena visitarlo.

Fuimos 2 noches con mi familia (2adultos y 2 niños) y cuál fue mi sorpresa que nos dieron una habitación tan pequeña que prácticamente no podíamos ni pasar, ni movernos. Nos dijeron que era un habitación de 4 cuando en la web la anunciaban como de 3. En otra habitaciones donde se alojaron amigos nuestros que eran dos o tres personas y tenían habitaciones más grandes. Lo más triste de todo es que desde recepción no se nos dió ninguna solución incluso con una actitud borde y de falta de educación. No volveremos!

Esta é a nossa primeira visita a este hotel. Visualmente muito sofisticado e em uma bela localização na praia de Cala Gran. Super fácil de chegar em poucos minutos. Os quartos são sólidos e servem ao seu propósito. O banheiro é suficiente. Infelizmente não gostei da comida daqui, mas isso também é uma questão de gosto.Boa acomodação por um bom dinheiro, infelizmente não para nós.

Rooms very basic, we went half board so were expecting tea/coffee facilities in the room, however this was not so, bathroomcould do with a bit of renovation,staff very helpful,food great choices and quality,outside area not big enough for the amount of people staying,found it difficult getting a sunbed on the odd occasion that we needed one. 2 spare and these were broken. Fantastic loication central to public transport.

Pleasant staff with the exception of one male member of the pool bar staff who was very obnoxious and argued with me over 3 euros for three glasses that I had paid for and would not refund them ,he started making a scene so I told him to forget it, he will probably have his own hotel soon .Needless to say I did not use the pool bar or any bar he was on. Plus the bed sheets were not changed in the whole two weeks we were there 😒I personally made the beds every day. So unfortunately we will not be returning, but all but one of the staff were very helpful and friendly.

The food was tasteless and the staff is clueless Me and my girlfriend were staying here for 7 days and one night we came home a bit late and took a shower with resulted in the staff coming up and treating to call the police. If you want to drink in the evening, you can’t. The hotel orders the worst entertainment and it is extremely loud you need to repeat your order 5 times to the bartender before he hears it. The food is tasteless and disgusting. It’s the same fried batter everyday and we had go out eating the last 3 days because we couldn’t continue eating the food on the hotel. The island is great but this hotel is hideous and I will never come here again. Don’t make the same mistake as I did.

The rooms are very clean and basic which we expected. The reception staff seemed and happy friendly but many staff didn't communicate and if you wanted a drink from the main bar at night, it was clear the girl was not happy as she was clearing tables in between. 1 pool was closed completely during our stay. The food was your average burgers, hot dogs, salads etc. The drinks with spirits were strong which is ok to some not for others, it's self service for most drinks after paying the €1 deposit for a cup. We asked for a kettle in our room and this was done the next day, it was a clean base to sleep and eat but I wouldn't like to spend a week there with my teenage children.

Excelente lugar. Adorável equipe. Ótima localização. Excelente comida, pratos diferentes a cada almoço e à noite e todos os dias o menu mudou. O entretenimento foi fabuloso, muito variado e divertido para todas as idades, a equipe de animação foi fantástica! 5 piscinas para que você possa participar de pólo aquático ou aeróbica na piscina etc ou relaxar em piscinas tranquilas. No geral ótimo lugar! Nós amamos ou ficamos

Hotel incrivelmente hospitaleiro. Centralmente localizado, ônibus nas proximidades. Studio foi ok, boas camas, mas eu traria meu próprio travesseiro.Tivemos tudo incluído, boa comida. Algo para todos, incluindo opções vegetarianas. Bebidas finas, coquetéis de uma máquina (menos). Preço/qualidade perfeitamente bem!Senhoras atrás da recepção muito simpática. A animação está fazendo o seu melhor. Você percebe que a atmosfera é boa.Eu recomendaria este hotel em termos de custo-benefício! E no centro, se estiver cansado de comer, muitas opções de esplanadas e restaurantes. O Café Neptuna também é um ótimo lugar para sentar e tomar um delicioso café.

Superb place. Lovely staff. Great location. Superb food, different dishes every lunchtime and evening and every day menu changed. Entertainment was fabulous, really varied and fun for all ages, animation team were fantastic! 5 pools so you could join in water polo or pool aerobics etc or chill at quiet pools. Ficamos no início de abril e feliz que fizemos em vez de na alta temporada que imagino que seria bastante ocupado. A recepção do hotel é limpa e acolhedora, funcionários simpáticos. Chegamos em um sábado na hora do almoço e o lugar estava pulando de aposentados espanhóis. Parece que eles fazem um acordo de fim de semana na baixa temporada e não conseguimos almoçar até depois das 14h devido a filas. Eles saíram no domingo, então as coisas ficaram quietas (até a sexta-feira seguinte, quando as festas de ônibus voltaram a bombar lol). Além disso, durante a semana o hotel estava OK, eles têm entretenimento que era um pouco barulhento algumas noites, pois estávamos apenas no primeiro andar, mas todos aceitáveis. Restaurante e refeições boa escolha embora alguns pratos imprevisíveis. Churrasqueira quente agradável, onde eles cozinham na hora, se quiser, ocupado às vezes. As piscinas não estavam todas abertas devido ao clima (frio!), mas a principal estava e estava limpa, com muitas espreguiçadeiras para os dois dias em que o sol apareceu. Nosso quarto foi um pouco decepcionante, pois pagamos pelo quarto auto-suficiente como opção desejada para o café da manhã preguiçoso, fazendo nossa própria torrada ou qualquer outra coisa, mas como estávamos com tudo incluído, a equipe disse que não fornecia micro-ondas, torradeira, chaleira como esperávamos. Eles forneceram uma chaleira quando solicitados e a geladeira estava funcionando. Mas não há talheres ou pratos ou qualquer coisa, portanto, observe que, se você não for Self catering, o quarto pode não estar equipado! Boa relação qualidade/preço e numa boa localização muito perto da praia e lojas/restaurantes.

Un hotel de 10! El buffet tiene una gran variedad de comida. Todo el personal súper simpático, sobre todo Rebe, el cocinero y la mujer de recepción. Sin duda cada vez que volvamos a Mallorca, volveremos a este hotel. Saludos desde Almería

We stayed at the start of April and glad that we did rather than in high season which I imagine would be rather busy. The hotel reception is clean and welcoming, staff friendly. We arrived on a Saturday lunchtime and the place was jumping with Spanish pensioners. Seems they do a weekend deal in the off season and we couldn’t get to lunch until after 2pm due to queues. They did leave on Sunday, so things were quiet (until following Friday when the coach parties rocked up again lol). That aside, through the week the hotel was OK, they have entertainment which was a bit noisy some nights as we were just in the first floor, but all in all acceptable. Restaurant and meals good choice although some dishes hit or miss. Nice hot grill where they cook to order if you like, busy at times. Pools were not all open due to weather (cold!) but the main one was and was clean with plenty of sun beds for the couple of days the sun came out. Our room was a bit disappointing as we paid for self catering room as wanted option for lazy breakfast making our own toast or whatever, but as we were all inclusive the staff said they didn’t provide microwave , toaster, kettle as we had expected. They did provide a kettle when asked, and fridge was working. But no cutlery or plates or anything, so just note that if you are not Self catering the room may not be equipped! Good value for money and in a good location very close to beach and shops / restaurants.

El hotel consta de dos edificios,elprincipal donde estas sta la recepción bien,el otro se ve más deteriorado,y con algunas deficiencias,tenían calefacción estropeada y nos cambiaron de edificio,por esta parte genial. La decepción fue que al cambiarnos de edificio me olvidé unas zapatillas de deporte, y al reclamarlas nos dijeron que no se había dejado nada en la habitación, increíble, !!!!!!!! Me parece una falta de respeto total dando más credibilidad a la persona que limpia la habitación que a nosotros que nos dejamos las zapatillas. Entonces las zapatillas se desaparecieron???????. Increíble.

Hotelbuena apariencia habitación pequeña en planta baja,cama para mí opinión personal, pequeña la suplen con un sofá y es casi más grande que la misma cama ,baño,con Walter, lavabo y una ducha pero en los tiempos que vivimos en vez de éstas acristalada tiene cortinas de plástico un poco antiguada para mí parecer pero bastante limpia en la habitación falta para mí opinión una mesa con cajones pero hay un armario empotrado con baldas pero sin cajones una falta excencial una recepción con un personal muy agradable y servicial y en cuanto a servicio de comedor ya diré cosas la expresión es muy buena en cuanto a limpieza y también hay un servicio de animación y ya información más adelante

Boa relação qualidade-preço. Pontos positivos: a localização, mesmo em frente à praia. As piscinas também são boas e tranquilas. Pontos negativos: a comida. O pequeno almoço é bom mas o almoço e jantar deixa muito a desejar para um vegetariano. Apenas tinham salada e sempre a mesma massa com legumes a semana inteira ou fast food como pizzas e batatas fritas. Se for vegetariano não recomendo pagar o all inclusive. Há muito bons restaurantes nas redondezas.
