Este deve ser o pior hotel em que já me hospedei! Vamos começar pelo dia em que ela tentei ligar para o hotel. O telefone tocou tanto tempo que fui desconectado. Quando você chega lá, há sinais por toda parte dizendo para você usar uma máscara. Por quê? Dois trabalhadores não usavam máscara, enquanto um estava com o nariz exposto com uma máscara. Porque se importar? A sensação do hotel não era aquela que leva a limpeza a sério. Nosso quarto cheirava a cigarros. Nós apenas não nos sentíamos confortáveis, então saímos cedo para tomar banho na casa de nossa filha. Este hotel está escondido atrás de uma marca bem conhecida e não está ajudando! Nós pagamos caro por isso. Nunca mais!

This got to be the worst hotel I ever stayed at! Let's start from earlier in the day she I tried to call the hotel. The phone rang so long I got disconnected. When you get there signs are everywhere telling you to wear a mask. Why? Two workers had no mask on while one had her nose exposed with a mask on. Why bother? The feel of the hotel was not that of one that takes cleaning seriously. Our room reeked of cigarettes. We just didn't feel comfortable so we left early to shower at our daughter's place. This hotel is hiding behind a well known brand and it isn't helping! We overpaid for this. Never again!

Worst hotel experience ever. Took front desk forever to help us when we got to the hotel. Stood there 20 minutes before any one came out. Booked this place because of the amenities. They were a joke. No spa or jacuzzi. No breakfast, room service, or ice. Vending machines were almost empty and what was left in them was old and stale, and the rooms have small tv with three or four channels and the beds were not comfortable at all and after all that they were dry and rude during checkout like they did us a favor. I will sleep on a rock before I sleep here again. Horrible.

Tem picadas de insetos de ficar aqui, definitivamente não vale a pena já grande quantidade que eles estavam cobrando para o quarto! Café-da-manhã foi bastante deplorável também, poderia utilizar algumas melhorias.
